在訂不到Flom的狀況下的好選擇, 一切都非常棒, View 也很好, 但電梯只到二樓, 住三樓的人要自己搬一層, 早餐除了自助還可以免費點鬆餅等, 很用心.

房間很棒，景色很美，早餐很不錯，早餐餐廳的服務人員都很棒！ 一切都很好！唯一不非常棒的就是接待我們的前台有點冷漠，沒有任何的介紹，甚至我都問了電梯的問題，他也沒有幫我指出電梯在哪裡而要我們自己去發現。另外，對於附近的公車資訊等等真的是完全沒有資訊，只能去公車站自己想辦法，有點可惜。

The hotel staff are friendly and extremely helpful. Annie helped us check-in. We found Annie is not just a hotel receptionist, she is your local concierge and transportation guru wrapped with a friendly attitude! When you need to get anywhere, Annie show you the map and draw the key points, ensuring your time outside hotel is as smooth as possible. We enjoyed our stay!

The environment feels good, the staff are friendly, and there are enough parking spaces, but the room feels very average. The room is spacious, but the furniture is insufficient, the table is small, and the hot water for the shower for two people is not enough. Overall, the value for money is not that high

Location was great for us because we were traveling in the Laerdal area. Great little hotel and would stay again! The little town is a nice bonus and on the fjord so a kayak trip and other.

5-Star Experience with a Minor Setback We’ve stayed at many 5-star hotels abroad, and this one truly stands out. The overall vibe was warm and welcoming, with beautiful design choices that complemented the surrounding mountains perfectly. Our room, located on the second floor and facing the water, offered a stunning view — opening the windows in the morning was such a refreshing and peaceful experience. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was modern and spotless. Everything felt clean, cozy, and like home. Even the hallways and lobby spaces were inviting and well thought out. Breakfast was another highlight — you can choose from both a menu and a buffet, or enjoy a bit of both. The variety and quality were excellent, and we left each morning feeling satisfied and happy. We only had two minor issues during our stay. First, the coffee machine broke during breakfast one morning, but the staff was quick to make fresh coffee for everyone. They were so sweet and attentive — truly impressive service. The second issue was with the parking. We had a spot when we arrived but left for dinner, and upon asking, the host assured us we’d still have a space when we returned since it was a slower evening. Unfortunately, when we came back, the lot was full. The host mentioned that two cars shouldn’t have been parked there but couldn’t do anything, as they don’t track which cars belong to guests. We ended up having to park elsewhere and pay, even though parking was suppo

It’s the only hotel in this area which is well located and staying here is a great experience. There is a hydrolic elevator which is really cute and quite a boon for senior citizens. The only restaurant in this town which was part of this hotel was good and service was excellent . Few decide to stop at this location but if one wants to feel the sheer tranquility of the fjiord area a one night stay here is highly recommended

Good for trips in the area and being in Flam which is just a cruise ship terminal. Rooms are dark, poorly lit, drainage smell, some face back wall. Breakfast barely adequate, broken coffee machine. Dinner was of far better quality with reasonable choice unfortunately no fresh fish.
