The first stay was fine, but the second one was disappointing. There were no towels in the room, and it wasn't well set up. When we tried to use the hair dryer after showering, it exploded with sparks, and the power went out. We went to the reception for assistance; they helped restore the lights but didn’t have a spare hair dryer to lend us. We ended up going to bed with wet hair.

Nice location, good experience

No cups provided in the room. The luggage room is too small for storing luggages. The water pressure for shower is too low, hence need to shower for a longer time. But the price is expensive.

Great breakfast. Regular front desk level. Self service most of the time. Perhaps I booked last minute so the price is quite above what I got.

位置在闹市区中心，繁华的同时要忍受嘈杂的酒吧音乐到深夜，房间不大但干净，早餐很不错，种类很多水果质量高，没有停车的地方.请各位注意！

Breakfast is good. Staff is also helpful. But no phone in the room is a major problem. And there is no cups/glasses, I have to drink coke using the cup for brushing teeth.

The service is good, the room is also clean and nice, although the location is a bit far from central station, it is easy to access (15 minutes walk) and near to major tourist attractions.

Lite, trangt rom. Iskaldt på badet og også i rommet. Triste farger. Hverken mulighet for te eller kaffe på rommet. Billig ja, men legg heller på noen hundrelapper og få en bedre opplevelse og i tillegg frokost inkludert. Vi sov godt, det var stille og rolig.

The rooms are very small, basically it’s a step up from a hostel or B&B. Great location but the rooms are very basic and if someone sneezes in another room you will hear them because of the thin walls. Staff were very friendly but if you can afford to spend a bit more to stay elsewhere for the comfort I would . Unfortunately for me it was New Years Eve so this was the only place available .

Easy check-in and out. Clean rooms. Good stay.

Ikke særlig koselig rom, mørkt og trist. Lite lys/lamper og kun 1 nattbord til tross for dobbeltrom. Støvete i krokene.... Område ok, kafeer for frokost og lunsj rett i nærheten og gangavstand til det meste

Hyggelig personale og fint rom

This hotel is clearly not a hotel but a hostel with a few hotel rooms. There was constant noise through the night (and we stayed on a Monday and Tuesday evening) and we got very little sleep. Staff on arrival were not particularly friendly in fact I would go as far as to say they were passive aggressive at best. The room was clean and functional but cold with ineffective heating controls that did nothing to warm the room. It is located very centrally and close to most of the attractions that Oslo has to offer, and is great if you want to stay in a hostel but not good for anyone expecting a hotel.
