The staff in Rica Bryggen are nice and helpful. They are very eager to help tourist.
I need to leave very early in the morning, I requested to have a takeaway breakfast, they prepared it nicely.
The service of Rica Bryggen is much better than Rica Honningsvag. When I waited the early bus outside Rica Honningsvag, the staff there answered me impolitely with unfriendly attitude when I asked about the bus at their entrance.
If you don't mind walk a few minutes to the pier or tourist centre, Rica Bryggen is a good choice.

This hotel was the base for visiting the north cape, good location. Hotel is more travel lodge than Hilton. Bed and breakfast only. We booked three nights but ended up staying an extra night as all roads closed out due to the weather. Hotel staff were great.
It was disappointing that they didn’t offer any food in restaurant at night even something light would’ve been appreciated as on last night they did something for a group which were also snowed in but we couldn’t join.
It is a good hotel and there are plenty of places to eat in the town.

Gemütliches und sehr zentral gelegenes Hotel – ideal als Ausgangspunkt für einen Ausflug zum Nordkap. Die Zimmer waren sauber und das Personal sehr freundlich. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt.
