地點優秀，早餐不俗。

Two members of the staff, Iranian man and a young woman originally from Northern Norway were awesome. They made me feel like home. Don't ever lose them.

The staff were very friendly and accomodated an early check in, which was really appreciated, the room was spacious and clean (room 618)& the hotel offered a wonderful breakfast. Quite centrally located only 2 or 3 stops from central station & the tram stops right outside so easy to around however street view rooms do experience street noise but nothing which had any signifant effect on my stay.

Great location. Good breakfast. The hotel is lacking a lobby social space. Rooms are compact and efficient with under bed storage. Only one chair. Considerable street noise so not suitable for a light sleeper. Carpets in the hallway and the room are absolutely disgusting with stains and the appearance of being filthy. We were able to move to a room with parquet flooring and it was clean. Front desk staff were super helpful and accommodating.

Hotel war sehr gut. Geräumiges Zimmer. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter und top Lage. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr umfangreich und auch für Veganer gab es viel Auswahl. Aufgrund des frühen Rückflugs wurde ein Lunchpaket zur Verfügung gestellt. Einiger Nachteil: Belüftung/Klimaanlage im Zimmer konnte nichts individuell eingestellt werden.

Great location, helpful staff, hallway carpets were disgusting but our room was clean.

Location central to most city highlights and transport was accessible

The hotel was disappointing. We have stayed at other Scandic properties and this was not the same. The carpet in the hallways and room was very dirty. The doors to the hotel room were hard to open. No floor towel in the bathroom made it slippery. Breakfast was ok but the room was overflowing. I would not stay here again and don't think it should be 4 stars.

Personale gentilissimo, ottima posizione e colazione ricca, fresca e buonissima!

Prima hotel, maar onze kamer had geen stoelen om op te zitten. Er was ook geen lobby om te zitten.

Rommet vi hadde er det minste dobbelrommet jeg har bodd noen gang. Teppene på rom og i ganger var veldig flekkete. Gav et dårlig intrykk Frokosten var god, men en måtte stå og vente på ledig plass for å sitte.

Tout etait parfait, le lit etait tres confortable et le petit dejeuner tous les matins etaient vraiment appréciable !

No complaints about t h e hotel, but work overnight on the road/tram tracks meant our sleep was very limited.

Phantastisches Frühstück. Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend

Vriendelijke ontvangst aan de receptie en een vlotte check-in zorgden voor een goede start van ons verblijf. We hadden onze auto buiten het centrum geparkeerd en twee fietsen mee, die we veilig in de kelder mochten plaatsen – erg handig! De kamer was compact en de badkamer aan de kleine kant, maar voor een citytrip zeker voldoende. Alles was netjes en functioneel ingericht. Het ontbijt was lekker en voldoende uitgebreid, met regelmatige aanvulling. De ontbijtruimte is wat aan de kleine kant, dus wie iets vroeger gaat, kan in alle rust genieten. De locatie is uitstekend – centraal gelegen, waardoor we tijdens onze wandelingen makkelijk even konden terugkeren naar de kamer. Rondfietsen in de stad bleek wat minder praktisch: er zijn weinig fietspaden, al is het verkeer vrij rustig. Oslo verken je beter te voet.

宿泊した日のオスロの気温が30℃あったが部屋の窓が開かなかった為、部屋がかなり暑く不快であった。冷房もしくは扇風機の設置を検討してほしい。
