Great choice and luxurious when in Oslo I liked the location close to the port and marina for a walk and restaurants options .. a bit far from the city center and shopping but still you can walk about 25 min .. staff are really helpful and friendly

Very good hotel

Great first stay in Oslo. Great breakfast included and convenient parking nearby. Had a great room on high floor with balcony overlooking the water.

This is an outstanding hotel - in all aspects, including staff, amenities, spa, and, perhaps most importantly, location. We had a wonderful view of the Oslo harbor and a marina from our room. We were a short walk away from many restaurants, cafes, and shopping spots. At the same time, we also only a short walk to the center of Oslo and its sights. Fantastic!

Bed was really comfortable restaurant staff lovely and food options excellent. Breakfast buffet included in room ptrice and buffet huge. Spa area excellent, peaceful and very clean.

The Thief was located in a very walkable area with plenty of food options. Their rooftop bar, rooftop restaurant and breakfast buffet were excellent. The only issue we had was a poor design on the shower that caused the bathroom to get water all over the floor.

Välkomnande, perfekt läge, oerhört vänlig personal och fräsht. Småsaker som en mindre bra AC, dålig natt-mat etc (vilket borde vara perfekt på ett 5-stjärnigt hotell) gör att betyget inte blir 5.

Great location and super friendly staff

The hotel is wonderful. Excellent service. Friendly staff. Everyone is professional and pleasant. Our room was perfect with a perfect view. Would love to stay there again

Amazing place. My wife and two adult kids loved it. Great location, they accommodated our request for an additional roll away bed and the roof deck is a big attraction. Terrific service and staff. Couldn't have been happier!

Honestly mostly it was great.. breakfast buffet, spa. The room was broken where the air conditioning wouldnt turn on, each time i tried to make it colder the temperature would only keep going up (to 77-78 degrees), tried opening balcony door since it was cool outside but only made it hotter... called front desk a few times and they said theyd make it coooler but never saw the temperature read once, eventually an element of a fan was brought up but even that forced me to basically sleep with my head off the side of the bed to get even a wiff of the fan... fell asleep for 45 min then woke up in massive pool of sweat, just given i tend to pay up for hotels since i do value sleep didnt expect to find a room that was borderline unbearable to stay in during my quick stay in oslo (which left me drained for the daily activities). Staff is great and if you are fine sleeping in heat its actually a fine hotel

This hotel is located in a beautiful neighborhood a stones throw from a wonderful museum and quick walk from various restaurants. The staff was lovely and so accommodating. And the breakfast was probably the best food we ate in the entire city. And don’t forget to reserve time at the spa.
