床很舒服，空间也很大，就是洗手间太小了，另外洗护很难用，说是洗发和洗身体一体的，但是洗完头发反而头发变油了，建议换一款…

很棒喔！

The hotel was better than expected. Not knowing the brand I was concerned it was well located for us. Not in the heart of Oslo but near a great neighborhood and convenient to shops and restaurants. Close to the royal palace and five minute walk to the shops through a nice park. Cleanliness was good but a couple of days we had a housekeeper that wasn't as good as others.The front desk staff was excellent really excellent. The breakfast was excellent and the chef was friendly and even came to our table to make sure we were pleased.

Staff were very helpful, location was excellent, and breakfast was AMAZING! Here are some notes for improvement: 1) Late in the day all the complimentary coffee and tea was gone. 2) Schedule breakfast reservations every 15 minutes to avoid the long lines. 3) Stage the plates at the beginning of the buffet. I would definitely stay here again.

Accueil, sympathique, calme et propre

Et dejligt hotel med god beliggenhed. Det var en god morgenmad. Der var dog en voldsom trængsel nummer 2 morgenmad. Morgenmadsbuffeten kunne være indrettet bedre.

Veldig kjedelig og bli vekket av mye bråk på utsiden 04.50 pga at søppelbilen står og lager et leven på utsiden av rommet, han holdt på sikkert 10-15 min med masse skriking og bråking med containere, hjalp heller ikke at det ikke var aircondition på rommet, med tykke vinter dyner. Så sov veldig dårlig

Skittent bak møbler på rommet, tomr fo De i resepsjonen var veldig hyggelige og imøtekommende. På kjøkkenet/under frokosten var dette veldig delt, noen imøtekommende og hyggelige, enkelte andre

Generelt hjelpsomme i resepsjonen,flott frokost.Fint hotel.

This was a last minute booking for us and the staff was very helpful when I was feeling stressed. They were all extremely kind and efficient. Our sofa bed wasn't made up (not an expectation I even had), and when we asked for help, they were prompt and even offered us a partial refund for the inconvenience (also something I did not ask for). The location was great to see a little bit of Oslo, get some Gelato, and catch the Vy train to the airport after a hearty breakfast! Thank you and we will stay again!

Rent og pent rom. Hyggelig personale. Fin frokost. God beliggenhet, sentralt i Oslo. Litt minus for "knirkete" seng 2 (sove sofaen)

Great location, walking distance to all the local attractions. Nice spacious room, just right for 3 adults. Decent breakfast options. Super helpful staff.

Hotel is very well maintained, staff is attentive and friendly. Breakfast is very good. My only complaint is the A/C is centrally controlled by the janitor and temperature was a little in the warm side as I need cold temperature to sleep well.

Frukosten var bra. Det som var tråkigt första dagen var att det släpptes in för mycket gäster i matsalen så man fick köa runt mathämtningen. Vi hade en bokat tid men det kändes som alla hade valt och fått samma tid. Andra dagen kändes det som det var mer organiserat.

Great location to discover the city yet located mí a quiet neighborhood. The breakfast were good and kept you going for a good part of the day. Nice room with fridge and coffee.

Romslig rom, gode senger, rent. Noe støvete enkelte plasser, om man er pirkete. Kaffemaskin og vannkoker på rommet. Kjekt med liten kjøkkenkrok og egen spiseplass. God frokost og hyggelige ansatte.

When we checked in we were told that that there is free coffee and water available in the lobby, but the coffee machine (Nespresso) didn’t work and you couldn’t get any sparkling water from the ”water machine” either. Also the hotel’s parking was fully booked, and they recommended a parking garage nearby that is so expensive that they don’t even publish prices online (450 kr for 3,5 hours!!!) .. luckily we found out that parking on the nearby streets are free on Sundays. Fee for having a dog in the room was 400kr also this information wasn’t available before checking in. .. I had contacted the hotel immediately after I booked the room that we will need parking and we come with a dog, but they never responded to me.
