The hotel was clean. The staffs were very helpful in providing transportation info. It is located outside of Oslo city. No metro service is available but bus ride to Oslo city is convenient. It is outside Zone 1 (Oslo city) so the bus fare is more expensive because of crossing the zone. Free parking is available.

No cattle, no phone, no basket in the toilet.
When I get out or in the room I have to lock it by card otherwise it’s fully open (so strange style).
Additionally Air condition is not functioning well.

The staff was VERY nice and friendly, they knew what they were doing. They spoke good english and helped us with all questions we had. The room on the other hand was a disaster !!! HORRIBLE bed, HORRIBLE pillows, not enough toilet paper and "crap" under the bed. I found a cookie, a whole cookie under the bed, what the hell ??? You are going to have to do better than than !!! We are not coming back to any X-Hotel !!!

Bra hotell og fin plassering utenfor trafikk og støy, fine parkeringsmuligheter.
Burde ha litt mer erfaring/kunskap i respsjonen/baren.
Dårlig lukt(kloakk) i gangene, vann renner ikke ned i dusjen(kanskje sammenheng) Løning var at hotellet plasserte sammenbrettet handduk ved innganag til kabinettet(så kjent problem) tomme såpedispensere, ingen søppelbøtte på rommet etc etc.
