The staff were fabulous; very helpful and friendly, especially the cleaning staff and security guards (I met several, and they were wonderful and helpful). The room was a good size. It was clean. The bed was very comfortable. Lots of TV channels. It was nice to swim in the pool. Overall, it was a really comfortable stay. The location is excellent, right in the heart of downtown, with good security It is an older property, but it is maintained quite well. The free airport shuttle is fantastic. I recommend if staying in Port Moresby.

Clean, great location and great food.

Four day stay for work. Its not to the usual crown standard. Room was ok. Bed was ok. whole place needs a complete work over. Unsure what the go with charging things back to the hotel. Staff kept showing up at my door wanting payment for services that should of been charged back. Staff we great but would benefit from learning english a bit more..

Conditions were OK. More food variety for an inter-continental feel would be good though.

The hotel has a very welcoming and supportive team who made the stay truly pleasant. The rooms are clean and well maintained, and the reception staff are efficient and friendly. Overall, a great experience with a professional and caring team.

Crown hotel meets the standard of comfort for a traveller and it comes at a most cost effective way, compared to its competitors. With a functional central air conditioning system, staff are friendly and smiling with readiness to support and the ambience is clean and amazing in every sense. I'd recommend this hotel any day, any time to anyone in need of where to stay in NCD.

Every thing was good

clean room, quiet space, good view. all amenities working.

Room was not spotless and no complimentary breakfast buffet but view was spectacular, the pool was enjoyable and the staff were super friendly and keen to assist with making the stay memorable

Friendly staff. Fridge in room needs an upgrade. Spotted rust at the bottom. Room was not swept well. No complimentary breakfast. But buffet available at K65.

The staff were friendly and professional. The room was clean and fresh.

Very good value and close to APEC Haus. Hotel staff were willing to drive me there. Airport shuttle service also was quite useful, although pick up instructions could have been more clear.

The building is rather old, but very well managed!

It is great location right in the CBD. Also it is the unique horel. But it seems to maintaing is not quite well.
