From the moment we arrived we were treated by amazingly warm & friendly staff. We loved this place , it was really relaxing after all the touring . It’s a real gem & we hope to return . Would highly recommend it.

Beautiful property with friendly staff. Beachfront with fantastic views all throughout. The hotel doesn’t have too many rooms, which makes for a more intimate experience. Would recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing escape

The hotel was lovely. The staff were helpful, esp. Mila, Elton, & Julian who looked after us. The resort had a nice pool, beach area, dinner & drinks menu. Our ocean views room was clean & ideal. It was quiet & peaceful. The area outside the hotel was in development & construction, but when you’re in the hotel you do not see or hear this.

Really beautiful ocean views. You can organize whale watching and to swim with sea turtles nearby. Kind of a dusty, rough road to get to Arennas. We enjoyed a peaceful weekend there. The food was good and healthy, lots of quinoa, veggie/fruit smoothies, fresh fish.

Not 5 stars. The customer service is not up to par with 5 stars and the food was awful so expect to eat other places about 20 mins away. No one tells you that the road getting to the hotel is the bumpiest ride I’ve ever experienced. The beach was my favorite part since it’s private. The rooms (we got the garden view) did not look like the pictures like they were smaller and outdated. Front desk is useless when you have problems and they tried to charge me double for my food. Beach Water is too cold and strong to go in plus lots of rocks but they offer paddle boarding at the hotel. This hotel is pricey for what it is…
