I had a wonderful stay at Atoq San Blas Hotel during my time in Cusco. The hospitality was exceptional throughout the journey — the staff were warm, attentive, and always willing to help with arrangements, recommendations, and support after long hiking days. One thing that really stood out was the laundry service. It was fast, efficient, and the quality was excellent, which made a huge difference after returning from trekking. The hotel environment was also incredibly peaceful and relaxing. Located in the charming San Blas area, it provided the perfect atmosphere to recharge and rest after intensive hikes around Cusco and Machu Picchu. Highly recommended for travelers looking for a comfortable, quiet, and genuinely welcoming stay in Cusco.

Excellent stay! We were even upgraded to a suite! The bed was super comfy and the amenities were superb. Front staff was amazing! Will stay again!

We enjoyed our stay at Atoq Hotel San Blas. It was very clean and nicely decorated. The breakfast was wonderful and common areas very pretty. We enjoyed the location within walking distance to many restaurants, shops and historic city center. They were helpful in storing our luggage for 2 nights after we checked out while we went on a tour where we could only bring a small duffel bag.

Really friendly and helpful staff

Was an excellent stay! The airport transfers were super easy and we were able to store luggage for a few days while hiking. The staff was also amazing and helpful whenever needed!

We booked a premium room, but apart from being a little larger, it was no different from a standard room. We were given a small bottle of wine, only to find that this appeared to be provided to all guests and was not a special premium-room benefit. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, which was much appreciated. However, there were several disappointments. We arrived for breakfast 30 minutes before the end of service and were not offered freshly cooked eggs. The omelette available was stone cold, and there was no hot milk or even hot water left. Another issue was the heating, which only seemed to operate at certain times of the day. Our room was very cold, and although an extra heater was provided on request, it barely took the edge off the chill. The most worrying incident occurred when I became unwell and staff brought an oxygen cylinder. While they acted quickly and with concern, the cylinder turned out to be empty. This was quite shocking and could have had serious consequences. The kindness of the staff was the saving grace of our stay, but for a hotel offering premium rooms, there are several areas that require attention, particularly room heating, breakfast service, and ensuring emergency equipment is properly maintained. Very disappointed!
