Súper limpios , empleados amables y atentos. Al llegar encontraba la habitación impecable. Pasillos con olor a limpio . Desayuno 5 estrellas Me encantó volvería sin duda alguna

A la entrada hice una garantía en la tarjeta por la estancia y los gastos. A la salida, me dijeron que la habitacion y los gastos quedaban pagados por el importe de la garantía. Dia y medio después descubrí con sorpresa que me han hecho un nuevo cargo por el importe de la estancia y los gastos, sin que se cancelase la garantia Unas horas despues, contacté al hotel para resolver el problema por vía telefónica y por whatsapp, pero me dijeron que hasta llegado el lunes no podrian revisar el error y corregirlo. No entiendo muy bien como el departamento de Contabilidad funciona los sábados para cobrar, pero no para corregir los errores de cobro Al momento de escribir esta nota, sigo sin recibir el reembolso de la cantidad cobrada indebidamente.

I travel a lot and have stayed at plenty of Lima hotels...While in a quiet pocket between San Isidro and Surce, this hotel is very centrally located in a high-end area and provides exceptional value for the price. The breakfast buffet is more than one needs, the staff is super friendly and the rooms are more than ample. You "can't lose" staying here.

Room on smaller size. Bed set up right next to ac unit so blows right at you in bed. Unable to adjust airflow.

March 25 the lady in frontdesk was super nice..( i fall in love)..

Pontos positivos: 1 - Excelente café da manhã 2 - A comida do restaurante é ótima. 3 - Limpeza. 4 - Os funcionários foram gentis e atenciosos. 5 - Ótima academia. Pontos negativos: 1 - Deve ter demorado quase 30min para o check-in, peguei uma fila, recebi uma ficha (não entendo a necessidade de fichas quando fechamos a estadia via plataformas como Hoteis.com, os nossos dados já não estão nas plataformas?) e sai da fila, preenchi e tive que voltar para a fila de novo. 2 - O cartão de acesso ao quarto falhou e tive que trocá-lo duas vezes.
