The check-in was not until the afternoon. I believe one or 2 PM. We were not allowed to check in prior. We paid for eight nights, including all inclusive breakfast. We notified the hotel that out of the eight nights we would only be staying three nights. Since our stay would be limited, even though everything was paid for we would not be taking advantage of the hotel amenities nor the inclusive breakfast. We arrived in the morning of our first day and we had to pay out-of-pocket for breakfast they would not compliment our breakfast which left a bad taste in our mouth. They said they could not offer us complementary breakfast because we had not checked in yet and they did not allow an early checkout. Our VIP access included 20% discount however they did not discount this at the bar even though we were just ordering coffee I could understand no 20% off the alcoholic beverages. My son thoroughly enjoyed the pool. It was not crowded. It was small pleasant and the temperature was absolutely perfect including pool towels, and small gymEither way we enjoyed the very few evenings that we were there. We even invited guests to have breakfast with us and they paid out-of-pocket. Breakfast is definitely better on the weekend than during the week. The hotel is conveniently located around several restaurants and we were able to walk downtown to Larcomar other areas which was convenient. Would probably try another hotel next time around.

not bad a little musty smell in my room while room is ok and clean food was not bad i wish they had more option for vegan ppl!Style classic old style was unique .

Clean hotel in center of miraflores close to all attractions

The room smells moldy and the AC doesn't work well so the room felt warm and they only provided a thick blanket so it was uncomfortable at night. In addition, I asked for a travel size toothpaste but there was none. A 5-star hotel would only sell me a tiny toothpaste for 6 Sol, nothing is free. The only thing that makes them look like a 5-star hotel are the security guards and the expensive gift store.

This hotel advertises itself as “Casa Andina PREMIUM,” but there is nothing premium about it. Despite booking two rooms with VIP access through Expedia, we were given outdated, moldy rooms with stained carpets, ripped curtains, and non-functioning A/C. The bathrooms had mold stains and were poorly maintained. I tried to cancel our stay on the first night, but the hotel refused, so we were stuck for 9 nights. After repeated complaints, we were “upgraded” to remodeled rooms — which should have been provided from the start — but even those were hot, humid, and uncomfortable. Worst of all, my mom found mouse droppings in her room. Pros: Breakfast was great with a good variety, especially on weekends. The location is excellent, the indoor pool is a nice perk, the beds were comfortable, and the staff is generally kind and helpful.

Always the best place to stay in Lima being a great location, great food and service and extremely friendly. The folks there always make you feel at home.

Excellent customer service, great location

We had a large medical team of 56 people returning to the US after a hard week of serving in the jungle. This was a great way to enjoy Lima with a wonderful setting. The food, service and super people can never be better than at the Casa Andina Premium.

Hotel staff was very helpful and pleasant. Carpeting in the room appeared to be very dated needs to be refreshed.

The Hotel has a unique charm to it. While a bit older, that lends to its charm and it is immaculately maintained. The staff is superb and always helpful. The breakfast is wonderful and the pool and spa area are convenient for relaxing after seeing the sites and all that Lima offers. I found the Hotel and breakfast to be an excellent value and an enjoyable experience. I would definitely recommend the Hotel and I look forward to visiting again.

Amazing staff. Beautiful hotel. Used the little coffee shop daily. Nice bar. Friendly, helpful staff. Loved this place.
