Staff is very good. Mercedes and all the staff are great and very helpful. They could just focus more on the cleanness of the rooms.

They are so nice

What I liked was that it was near the market and I dislike for not having hot water . In a temperature of the area (very cold) not having hat water in the shower is major.

We enjoyed our stay. Staff was great. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good.

Personale molto accogliente, disponibile, forse l'unica pecca la stanza non era riscaldata e con la stufetta che ho chiesto c'è voluto un po'per riscaldarla.

Good place for families with children. It is a little deceiving from the outside, a single non-descript entrance. Once inside there's a comfortable setting with a warm and helpful reception. Not a fancy place but importance was placed on where it counts the most.

Very good stay. Rooms were clean. The breakfast was ok not much variety

We were made to feel welcome from the first moment we arrived, well actually before we arrived as they arranged for a pick up from the airport. They have excellent knowledge of the Cisco and surrounding area and suggested activities for us to enjoy (both free and to pay for). They were able to act as a tour operator for many tours available , we had already pre-arranged these but would have no hesitation to recommend that any other visitor take up their offers.

Un lugar acogedor, tranquilo para trabajar, sin ruidos molestos que provienen de la calle, bien wifi, todo el lugar es ordenado y limpio, la génte bastante amable.

Liked the breakfasts here - (good) coffee, eggs, fresh juice. The staff were always lovely. Nice outdoor courtyard, rooms were comfortable and the showers were hot and strong in both rooms we stayed in. The main negative for us was the lack of wifi. We had no wifi for our first 3 days, ended up asking to change rooms so had it for the next 2 days, then had none for 2 days again. We were always told someone was coming to fix it but this seemed to take forever. Ok location not too far from the centre. It wasn't perfect but really, it was great value for money and if you're not too fussy about wifi then its a highly recommended stay.

Absolutely amazing, will definitely stay again. Super clean, super nice staff. For $20 a night I got a whole mini apartment complete with stove, pots, fridge, and private bathroom. Love it. Neighborhood isn't anything special but it's not too far of a walk to more restaurants and tourist areas.

Hab das Hotel wegen der Nähen zur Busstation gebucht, war sehr praktisch. Ruhige, sympathische Innenhoflage.

Un poco decepcionado del hotel, la habitación estaba un poco sucia, algunos días no nos pusieron toallas, no te ofrecen shampoo, el baño un poco incómodo, y el desayuno muy deficiente.

Great time- very accommodating. Must pay cash, Soles or USD no credit. Always willing to work with our needs- late check ins, baggage hold, extra person. A 20-30 minute walk to the main plaza, so a little out of the way, but we did not mind.

This is the best value you can get in Cusco but there is a confusion that hotel will ask you to pay there. To my understanding, I have paid through Expedia but I will find out later that I have been double charged or not

el baño en estado lamentable incomodo y en muy mal estado. la regadera amarrada a un pedazo de madera minima separacion entre inodoro y regadera al bañarse todo se mojaba y la limpieza deja mucho que desear
