I arrived @Cozy Room during my first visit there and learned my booking had gone into the hotel's spam mail. Subsequently, there was no booking for me and no available rooms. However, Cozy Room immediately made it right-within 15 minutes they Ubered me, at their expense, to another hotel not too far away. I was heading to Machu Picchu the next morning so I left my luggage at the new hotel to hold until my return. Upon my return, Cozy Room had picked up my luggage and they were waiting for me upon my return @ the hotel where I stayed a night before my return trip to Lima. Overall, their service was awesome and they sure made up for the booking mishap.

The room was quite small and gets cold at night with the single glazed windows and no heating. But they provide blankets. The shower was a good standard for Peru. The breakfast is freshly made scrambled or fried egg and a few buffet items like fruit and bread. The location is walkable to the main square but a little bit out to make it a good price

El servicio al cliente es excelente, el personal es muy capacitado, muy amable, e hicieron lo mejor no solo para ayudarnos con nuestras acomodaciones pero con otras necesidades relacionadas a turismo y guía en la ciudad. Nuestra habitación estaba con vista a la calle principal y hace mucho ruido de los vehículos, perros, se podía escuchar la conversación de la gente. Nuestra habitación necesitaba que modifiquen el sistema de sonido e ondulaciones por que aparte del sonido el frío en la noche era insoportable.
