Very old rooms and no clean Smell cigarettes awful

Location - It is a short walk to a beautiful malecón and view of miraflores. There were also nearby restaurants and shopping. Also very safe area. Staff and cleanliness: The staff was very friendly and accommodating and the rooms were clean and a good place to stay after your day out. The reason I gave it a 4 instead of a 5, however, is because the rooms are a bit outdated and I was expecting the breakfast to have more options. It wasn’t a buffet, there were 2 options to order, american or continental.

The staff was helpful and accommodating however our room was not pleasant. We were able to move to a slightly better room but it was only somewhat more tolerable. This place needs updating and the pool is not a pool for use.

It's a shame to say it, but the truth is that the hotel needs to renew everything in the bedroom. There were fleas and the curtain was very dirty and had a nauseating smell.

Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was clean. Included breakfast was excellent. Building/rooms need updating.

Booked two nights, stayed the first night and didn't stay the second. This hotel is absolutely horrible, my room smelled so bad that I couldn't sleep the first night. The building needs to be renovated or torn down. What a shame to see such a horrible listing on hotels.com Stay away from this place!

El hotel cuenta con lo justo y necesario para un viaje express. Sui ubicación es muy buena y las chicas de recepción son muy amables y la habitación cómoda. Lo que sí deja bastante que desear son la calidad de los enchufes. Hacen corte todo el tiempo y son bastante antiguos.

Las fotos no demuestran lo precario que es el Hotel.

Good service with proactive welcoming staff. Good location near the Miraflores district. Quite in the nearby neighbourhood = good night sleep. Breakfast can be improved.

Very easy to get to everything. The ocean is just a minute or so away, stopping in the other direction. We walked from this hotel to the Water Fountain Park and back. Lots to see and do. The bed was incredible in my room and the shower was hot. The gentleman that works in the restaurant is very kind. Today at breakfast I saw that he made a special effort to give a treat to a child. Overall great experience

The pool and gym are not great at all but I was happy with the cleanliness of the hotel, the location and the size of the room. I absolutely love the staff, everyone was AMAZING!!
