Quick checking. We were all upgraded rooms. Friendly staff. Convenient and safe. Close to everything. Tours of all offered at front desk. 3rd time staying here in 10 years. Highly recommended.

Llegamos en horas de la noche, habitaciones listas, limpias y ordenadas en el 2do y 3er piso. Las habitaciones correctas y con buen abrigo de cama para el frio de la noche...televisor para relajar. El baño algo pequeño pero no está mal, limpio que es lo importante! No sirven desayuno pero al lado hay varios sitios de venta de desayuno, jugos, etc.. A pasos de la plaza de armas y mercado central cuyo 2do piso está lleno de puestos de comida etc...sopas deliciosas! Se puede estacionar en la puerta del hotel...mucho comercio cerca. Punto a mejorar es dar tranquilidad al huésped en horas de sueño...

Hotel acolhedor, cama confortável, quarto limpo, a senhora que é a dona do hotel da bastante suporte ao cliente. Só tem um problema não tem café da manhã e nem estacionamento.

밤버스로 새벽에 도착햇지만 추가 금액 없이 얼리체크인이 가능했습니다..시설은 좋지는 않지만 뜨거운물 잘 나오구요 아침도 작지만 제공되고 이정도 가격에 아르마스 광장이랑도 가까워서 편리하게 이용 하엿습니다

Galera hotel próximo ao ponto de encontro dos passeios e praça das armas. A equipe a medida do possível e bem atenciosa. A limpeza fica um pouco a desejar. Mas uma hospedagem justa. Minha recomendação seria entre ok e agradável.

O hotel é super bem localizado. É um hotel simples que condiz com o preço. Chuveiro bom e cama confortável! Não espere muito do café...é bem simples!

For the price, the Galaxia was exactly what I was expecting it to be. I stayed there three days while doing day hikes to help acclimatize to the elevation before going off on a four-day trek. They stored my luggage for free when I went on the trek. The service was good: they helped me book my return bus ticket to Lima when I asked for help. It's in a good part of town, about a five-minute walk to most of the restaurants I went to.

Personas muy agradables, que te aconsejaban ubicación, alimentación y guía adecuadamente. La limpieza nunca faltó y el desayuno puntual y bien servido.

Staff were great helping in many aspects of my trip. Location is great too.

町の中心地にある簡易的なホテルです。従業員は笑顔で接客してくれましたが、ランドリーサービスを忘れたり宿泊日数を把握していなかったり仕事の質は悪かったです。

I stayed at the Galaxia for 4 nights while doing some hiking day trips in the Cordillera Blanca. The staff was very nice. Wifi fairly fast. Close to restaurants.

This is a very good hotel for its price. The staff are excellent, very helpful. The hotel is well situated so you can be in the middle of Huaraz in 2 minutes. I would stay here again.

Nice family place. I felt very safe there. The hotel close the main street and resturants.

We found all who were at the hotel helpful and personable. They were interested in assuring we enjoyed our stay in the Galaxy and City Huaraz.

Originally we were given a room with twin beds, the room was so small it was only meant for 1 bed. The TV wasn't working so we were moved to a room with three beds. Where the mattress in the lower bunk bed was very old and worn, and I can usually sleep on anything. The room was warm however for some reason they had piled 4 layers of thick blankets on the bed. Average breakfast, hot water and wifi good. For a little extra I would have been more comfortable somewhere else.
