Todo bien, solo que las almudadas no se si sean las mas adecuadas me perjudico el cuello jajajaja después de 3 veces que iba al hotel es muy bueno solo que mi cuello pago PATO.

Me parece absurdo que siendo miembro de Hilton Honors, no se cuente con las prerrogativas correspondientes debido a que se reserva la estadía a través de Hoteles.com, eso da mala imagen del hotel y también de Hoteles.com

Hotel muito confortável, ótimo café da manhã, atendimento excelente e ótima localização.

Got there at 9AM so could've yet check in but allowed me to sit in their lounge in the meantime. They were very attentive. The room was great soacious and exactly what I needed. I used the lounge for morning reading and and goid breakfast buffet. The gym, though small, was perfect for running on the mornings where the city was too wet/slippery.

Una estadia muy buena porque me quedaba cerca los lugares donde queria ir por temas de trabajo. Se descansa muy bien, la habitacion acogedora.

Located in a safe and convenient area, this hotel offers a great experience with warm, courteous, and efficient service. The buffet is diverse and of high quality, providing a variety of delicious options. However, despite being a Gold member on Hotels.com, I did not receive any special recognition or extra benefits. While the stay was comfortable, it would have been nice to see some acknowledgment of loyalty status.

Fueron dos noches en una habitación matrimonial muy bonita, acogedora, limpio. Nos sentimos a gusto y complacidos por la atención del personal, volveríamos a hospedarnos. Muy recomendable.

The property is in a very good and safe location, with restaurants easily reachable on foot. My room was on the street side, which was a bit loud for me since I’m sensitive to noise.

4 nights and cant say anything bad, great crew! Easy choice for even much longer stays.

Buena atencion

Decepção. Recepção no 9º andar junto com o café da manhã dificulta o check in e o check out. Janela que não abre para ventilação natural e que aumenta o risco em caso de incêndio. Chuveiro com falha na pressurização. O ponto positivo é a vista do café da manhã.
