We booked this hostel, but were put in a cab and brought to another hotel. Amenities and room as booked was false. Disappointed that Expedia is not more responsible for knowledge of their properties and didn’t seem to know why our reservation had been transferred. No help from Expedia to solve this issue. Way, way, way overpriced and not what we had booked.

Generally is good, just one thing : if I arrive at 7.00 a. M. In the morning and I just ask whether I can check in or drop the big luggage and check in later and they reply"i can check in now no problem", and later on another receptionist when I'm supposed to pay at 9.00charge me 1day and half instead of 1 day, we'll, it's a kind way of STEALING! First time in 16 years travelling. You must tell customare first not charge more later I got the room

L’hôtesse qui nous a reçu semblait confuse. Le “balcon” de la chambre matrimoniale n’en était pas un... Le petit-déjeûner était à désirer (olives, deux pains, un peu de confiture, café instantanné, un jus très sucré). De plus, les murs sont en carton, on entend tout. Finalement, le wi-fi marchait plus ou moins... Cependant, les hôtesses ont gentiment gardé nos valises la journée de notre départ. Je crois que lorsqu’ils termineront les travaux, ce pourra être un bel hostal!

Hotel situado cerca del centro, habitaciones simples pero cómodas. Tuvimos una noche con baño privado y 2 con compartido y en ambas salía el agua caliente y con potencia y esto comparado con otros hoteles de precio similar según mi experiencia es de agradecer.

Hôtel simple mais bien situé, les chambres sont propres et le personnel agréable.

Séjour tranquille

I stayed here because it was a good location at a good price, with a private room option. When I arrived the woman who runs the hostel told me she couldn’t take visa. After I paid cash for the three nights she told me there was no internet. The internet had been down for a week. She was unapologetic and kept reminding me that it wasn’t her fault and that I paid very little for my room anyway. I wound up spending a lot of money that I didn’t have because of the lack of internet. She refused to compensate me in any way.

Stayed here for a few nights while my apt was getting ready. Good value for money and you cant beat the location. I was happy with my solo room and bathroom.

Great location, easy to reach museums and churches. Hotel facility is outdated with affordable price. No free breakfast. Stayed two nights. plaza De armas and masatery De Santa Catalina are the best.

Buena atención muy amables

El lugar super cerca de la plaza. La Sra. Super! Amable, nos ayudó en todo lo que pudo. En la página de hoteles.com decía que incluía desayuno pero la señora nos explicó que eso aplicaba a habitaciones privadas no compartidas. Es algo que la página debería de arreglar. En resumen la atención buena y cómoda. Si tienes poco presupuesto te recomiendo quedarte, todos super buena onda.

Arequipa is a very nice city with stunning views of the mountains and Volcanoes. There are many things to do as regards visits etc.
