スタッフの方はすごくフレンドリーで、部屋は綺麗で、水のボトルサービスもありました。朝食は、他のホテルよりも少し質素かもしれませんが、値段を考えれば十分コストパフォーマンスは高くも立地も治安もいいところかと思います。
ただ、少し階段を歩いて上がらないといけないので、その点で不便を感じなければおすすめです。

Very nice hotel, clean, near the plaza. Staff always was very helpful when we needed transportation, breakfast to go. Will come back again!

The hotel in general is pretty well maintained. It does not have a lift, so you need to prepare to carry the luggage up to your room, yet the receptionist are able to help carrying the luggage if you ask for help. The location of the hotel is pretty well and it only takes 5 to 10 mins walk to get to the Square from the hotel. We found the hotel receptionists very helpful. My wife had her lips hurt when playing the sand boarding at Huacachina the day before getting to Cusco. The receptionist is very kindly and helpful in getting a doctor to come to the hotel to look after the wound. The wifi is bit slow inside the room

We booked the balcony suite and it was so spacious and lovely. The hotel is very quiet, yet close to everything. Comfortable bed, nice sitting area, and polite staff. I’d definitely stay here again.

Very nice Hotel. Staff is very helpful even they made us a breakfast box for us when we left for rainbow mountain at 4 am. The Hotel is a 3 blocks from the main plaza. Very centric
