Tv didn't work had to call the guy fix it. Next day it didn't work again. Hair dryer broke.

Staff was very helpful and the room had great air conditioning and adequate, but not constant, hot water.
Could not use room phone to get an outside line. Breakfast was of marginal quality and very expensive.
Because of the helpful staff I would definitely stay there again.
