Decía con aire acondicionado y no tenía ... calor terrible

Mi entacia no fue buena, en resumen el check in todo normal, el desayuno es un semi-buffet no hay mucha atención, la habitación a primera vista parece buena pero cuando uno lo va utilizando no es ni comoda, la almohada era muy dura, pedí que se me cambiarán con una más blanda pero no había, el check out muy malo, bueno la ubicación si me pareció q está muy cerca a la plaza principal.

La atención del desayuno, por todo lo demás todo bien la limpieza

Beim Einchecken hat man zuerst unsere Buchung nicht gefunden. Danach bekamen wir ein Zimmer ohne Fenster. Es war sehr heiss und stickig. Wir hatten die ganze Nacht den Lärm der Reception und einer Disco.

Excelente ubicación a una cuadra y media de la plaza principal. Limpio. Buen servicio. Camas confortables.

Die Dusche hat nur ein Glas zur Hälfte., dadurch ist immer eine große Wasserpfütze im Bad. Die Fenster befinden sich im Innenhof und haben nur eine Rollo zum verdunkeln, ein Vorgang der einen Sichtschutz bieten würde und es erlaubt Tageslicht im Zimmer zu ermöglichen wäre angebracht! Das Zimme verfügt zwar über einen Ventilator, der jedoch trotz kleinster Stufe zu stark ist und zuviel Lärm verursacht. Hotel hat zwar keinen Lift, aber die Koffer wurden uns hinauf und hinunter getragen. Das Frühstück ist ausreichend und in Buffetform. Gefehlt haben nur Brötchen, es gab immer nur Sandwichbrot geschnitten.....

This place is definitely more than a 2-star hotel. Downtown location, close to sights. Bus stations, colectivo and micro stations are at 10-15mins walking distance. Lots of small stores, Metro grocery is just 2 blocks away. The room looks like in a boutique hotel. Very modern look, sparkling clean. Small, but functional bedroom, comfortably spacious bathroom and shower. Finally a bathroom where you have sufficient space to put your toiletries. Staff is very kind and helpful, even gave breakfast a bit earlier, when I had to leave for an early morning bus. Negatives: My room had a window only to the inner courtyard, which amplified all the sounds - guests coming and going, noises from other rooms. Street noise. Hard bed and pillow.

Me gusto la atención. No me gusto la hab 302 que era muy pequeña, la ventana daba al pasillo donde transitan los demás huéspedes, había demasiado calor en la habitación, el ventilador no ayudaba. Tampoco me gustó que no me den mi boleta de pago.

El hotel, bien para lo que se ofrece y para el precio de acuerdo a la zona. El desayuno muy elemental, podría variar un poco. Como sugerencia, se podría implementar aire acondicionado y elevar el precio de las habitaciones porque el ventilador no es suficiente para gente que no es de la zona. El personal muy amable, no tuve problemas en hacer el late check-out, se respeto el precio de la aplicación.

Do no go there in summer. Most rooms have no windows and no air conditioning. It's suffocating and hard to sleep.

Hotel nuovo, pulito, con una buona posizione rispetto al centro, pessimo servizio, appena arrivato comunico che lo specchio del bagno non era presente. Hanno impiegato tre giorni mettermi uno specchio in bagno,

Great hotel for the value. Good service, clean rooms, convenient location. Only a couple blocks from the main Plaza, however is located in a commercial street, so expect noise until pretty late, I'd recommend not to stay in a room with street view. Rooms are small... But good enough for a couple. They have breakfast in the morning... And it's pretty good! Is not a very spacious hotel, many stories building with 4-6 rooms per story, but good enough if you are passing through.

The staff was friendly and the location was good. The soap in the shower had been used and was full of hair. The bath mat was used and filthy. In the middle of the night some guy was banging on the door next to ours and the staff did nothing to stop it. The pictures of the property show a pool and hot tub but there is no pool nor hot tub. Terrible hotel and I would NEVER stay there again.
