I'm extremely satisfied with the girls at the from desk/Reception and customer service. With the girls and boys from housekeeping, restaurant/breakfast. All of them go about and beyond the call of duty to make you feel comfortable and welcome.

The breakfast is superior to the ones offered at hotels like this one in the US. The cooks in the kitchen were so kind. In general, the hotel personnel was always kind, open and willing to help. The location was near the Miraflores action, very easy access to everything.

Oui le petit déjeuner était top...le personnel était d une gentillesse incomparable ,,, cependant un petit inconvénient qui dévalorise la qualité de l hôtel quand on séjourne plus d une nuit on ne nettoie pas la chambre on vide pas la poubelle et on ne change pas de serviette ,,,,bizarre pour 3 stars, car même dans un hôstel on refait pas les draps mais on nettoie la chambre et on vide la poubelle et on nettoie la salle de bain
