Great location, staff is very friendly. Including breakfast. The shower had a nice pressure and very hot water.

Staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. Property and buildings were stunningly beautiful and historic, perfectly located near Plaza Da Armas, museums, markets, restaurants...etc. The hotel restaurant was fantastic. Try the Lomo Saltado.

Hotel excelente e no centro de Cusco, nem meia quadra da Plaza de Armas. Cuidado com o hóspede desde a chegada até a saída. Recomendo.

It's a colonial mansion very well suited for stays. It was very clean. It's very well located in the colonial part of Cusco, where there are restaurants for different budgets. I found the room price a bit expensive, but overall, it was comfortable.

5月初めに宿泊しましたが一階だからなのかとても寒かったです。 ストーブなど暖房機器があれば良かったです。場所も良く、スタッフも良かったです。

This is a small hotel in a very convenient location. It felt safe and comfortable. The rooms and public areas were all clean. The breakfast was tasty and offered a good variety of drinks, fruit and foods. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Muito bom hotel, café da manhã razoável, construção antiga mas tudo limpo, organizado, funcionários simpáticos, prestativos, ótima localização podendo fazer tudo a pé sem necessidade de táxi ou uber.

The staff was super nice and friendly, and they were very accommodating when I asked to change rooms because of the noise. There's construction going on, so you cant sleep past 8 am, and sometimes they start vacuuming at 7:30 am... I stayed there in March, was freezing cold in the room, there were extra blankets, but was still very cold and the shower was barely warm. But it's very conveniently located 3 minutes away from Plaza de Armas and many cafes and restaurants.

Nice place close to everything, original booking on Expedia showed king bed but place only had double beds, staff were very nice and accommodating
