酒店職員非常幫到手 基本上任何問題都l解決到 我去完machupicchu再入住 因鐵路延誤 所以當晚凌晨先到達酒店 但職員已將行李放入房內 第二日又早退房 職員貼心幫我預備埋早餐拎走 十 真係非常好

Hotel excelente, muito bonito, com quarto super confortável, banheiro com box. Café da manhã ótimo, com frutas, pães, queijo, presunto, geleias de frutas e com opção de pedir ovos mexidos. O hotel é bem localizado, poucas quadras da Plaza de Armas e com muitas opções de restaurantes por perto. A equipe de funcionários é educada e prestativa.

Our flight LATAM LA 2071 got canceled on 9/19/2025. We checked in IIIa hotel next day on 9/20/2025. The staffs are friendly. We asked Hotel.com to contact the IIIa hotel to get one night refund.It was not successful - no one answer the phone @ IIIa hotel. No recommendations for this IIIa hotel.

Room was disgusting and dirty. Smelled like dirty diapers. Bugs on shower ceiling. Bedding wet and stained. Refused to give me another room.

The area is very walkable! We appreciated the hotel storing our luggage while we were away on a trek. Having a kettle in the room was handy. There were many ants on the floor during our second stay which were not noted the first time.

The deluxe room on the 5th floor with the jacuzzi was nicely decorated (better than pictured) and the jacuzzi had ample warm water. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast space was hectic one morning with very few clean tables and limited food options available by 9:40am. However, eggs are cooked to order so that is nice. The staff will also prepare a take away bag for breakfast if you have an early day trip departure. The ceiling in the washroom has a lot of black mold on it and a slight smell which is not at par with the quality of the rest of the space. The staff were not able to provide a cork screw or wine glasses when asked. Bathrobes are not provided (even though they are pictured). We felt the price point was a bit high for what you get. The housekeeper cleaned the room but moved a bunch of our stuff and placed it on different shelves and in the cupboard which wasn’t really appreciated when we came back and had to find where our things had been put.

hotel excelente, só tivemos 2 probleminhas logo que entramos no quarto: a lâmpada do teto no banheiro estava queimada, pedimos pra trocar, mas não trocaram. Deixaram um pacote com comida, muito fedido na frigobar, pedimos pra retirarem mas também não retiraram.

Our room was wonderful, the property and the room was much nicer than the pictures appear. It is an excellent hotel for the price and in a great area that is quiet and in the more pedestrian friendly San Blas area. I would stay here again when I return to Cusco in the future.

Nice and spacious room. The cleaning staff was very considerate and helped organize. I wish they had elevator as we lived on the 5th floor and it was not fun to climb up at such high elevation.

Other than the staff, who were excellent, this hotel is a complete dive.

Essa foi nossa segunda experiência com Illa Hotel, deixamos nossas malas no hotel para ir a Machu Picchu e retornamos. Acabamos selecionando o quarto duplo sem perceber e solicitamos na recepção que, se houvesse disponibilidade, para trocar por um quarto de casal. Fomos gentilmente atendidos e informados que se não houvesse um quarto de casal disponível, deixariam as camas de solteiro unidas. Quando chegamos, fomos recebidos no quarto de casal com um recadinho e mimos como um chocolate local. O quarto bem espaçoso e com uma linda vista para a cidade de Cusco, cama confortável, piso de madeira, excelente chuveiro com boa pressão e água quente. É preciso subir alguns lances de escada já que o hotel não tem elevador, mas fomos ajudados com as bagagens e foi bem tranquilo. O hotel é bem limpo e agradável, com pátios internos e aparadores que oferecem água quente e chás cortesia a qualquer hora. O café da manhã é bom, com itens variados e tudo bem fresco. A localização é muito boa, próximo a Plaza de Armas, com comércio, serviços e pontos de interesse a poucos passos. É preciso porém encarar uma subida da Plaza de Armas até o hotel, é íngreme mas curta, não nos incomodou. Carros maiores e vans não acessam as ruas estreitas dessa parte da cidade (é comum em centros históricos). O atendimento do hotel é um diferencial, sempre atenciosos e gentis.

Tivemos duas experiências com o Illa Hotel, uma na chegada a Cusco e outra quando retornamos de Machu Picchu, como foram experiências distintas, farei avaliações separadas. Na primeira ocasião, selecionamos a suíte superior e, apesar de corresponder ao anunciado (cama grande, cofre, frigobar, chaleira elétrica, secador, aquecedor, etc), o quarto não estava nas melhores condições, o quarto é muito apertado e a iluminação é insuficiente, o aquecedor não funcionou no primeiro dia e no segundo dia ficamos algumas horas sem água no hotel, não podendo tomar banho ou utilizar o banheiro. Todo o atendimento do hotel é muito gentil e atencioso, prontamente arrumaram o aquecedor quando avisamos, forneceram água potável para o período sem água e tem espalhado em todo o hotel chás variados de cortesia. O chuveiro é excelente, boa pressão e agua bem quente. Cama e travesseiros também são confortáveis. O café da manhã é bom, com opções variadas e tudo bem fresco. O hotel é bem localizado, bem próximo à Plaza de Armas, tem bons restaurantes, serviços e pontos de interesse a poucos passos. É preciso porém encarar uma subida para chegar ao hotel e vans ou carros maiores não conseguem acessar as ruas estreitas (relativamente comum em centros históricos e não nos incomodou a subida, que apesar de íngreme, é rápida).

The hotel was located within walking distance of the main attractions in Miraflores. Comfortable and clean. The breakfast was superb, and the staff was very helpful and friendly. I would recommend staying at this hotel.

I will share the Pros and The Cons. First of all the location of this hotel is good, it’s in an area called San Blas, which is a nice walkable area, and close to the 12 angle stone, and also very walkable to plaza de armas. I also liked that they had free teas available for guest, at all times. The beds were good, they felt comfortable. Reception took care of our luggage when we arrived early. ****Cons- We had a crazy situation. It was 1 am, my family and I were asleep and this man suddenly unlocks our door and comes into our room, I woke up panicking and screaming told him to get out of the room, not knowing what was happening I closed the door on him. I later found out reception made a mistake and gave him a key for my room instead of his, This experience alone ruined my stay. It’s 1am, pitch black, and a stranger walks into your room while you are asleep with your family. I do understand this was a weird situation and it’s probably not a common one, but it ruined it the stay for Me. The day after the incident, I asked reception if they could provide another heater because the wall mounted heater they have doesn’t heat the room very well, it’s still very cold, and they said “we can get you one, but if another rooms needs it we will have to take it away” WTH? Lastly I told them that I had some clothes and souvenirs in my room, that I did NOT need them to clean my room, if they could please just get me new towels and throw out the trashes, They didn’t do it.

Great place to stay. Hot water, very clean.
