這間算是我在秘魯旅行近20天中，最差的酒店，wifi 像假的，經常性斷線，收唔到， Wi-Fi對於一個遊客嚟講超級重要，所以我覺得呢間酒店係很差唔會再入住亦都唔會推介給別人，另一個原因，因為佢廁所有陣異味很臭，浴室塊鏡很不穩陣，連我的電動牙刷也承托不穩，總之成個浴室設計很有問題不夠人性化，房間對住酒店走廊所以很黑暗，開窗又會嘈，房內空氣不流通。另外頂樓應該有工作人員居住或是工作的，常常有很多噪音，另外酒店沒有電梯，住在4樓每天都要爬很多樓梯上落，我不喜歡。早餐也是無咩好食好飲，可以不要食。

Room was great, loved the artwork on the walls. Was actually my favorite hotel in the Cusco Machu Pichu area. Veey clean, the hotel is loved by the family who own and run it. Felt genuinely welcomed when I arrived. The young man working really tried hard to speak English and it really wasn't bad. I was up early headed to Machu Pichu and they made sure I had breakfast, I appreciated that so much. I left my suitcase there for the day and knew it was safe until my return. I wish I had stayed another night, but had train tickets back to Ollantaytambo and they can't be traded/ exchanged. It was the friendliest place I stayed.

Hotel simples, mas com excelente custo-benefício. Quarto limpo, chuveiro quente, ideal para uma estadia curta (fiquei apenas uma noite). O café da manhã é simples, mas tem o necessário (pão, queijo, presunto, café, leite, frutas). Fomos muito bem atendidos.

O pessoal do hotel foi nos recepcionar na estação de trem, foram muito solícitos, guardaram nossa bagagem enquanto fazíamos o tour de machupichu, nos deram várias orientações e o café da manhã foi satisfatório tbm

Hotel próximo da estação de trem, do outro lado do rio, sem elevador. Café da manhã servido cedo, facilitando a vida dos hóspedes. Cama confortável, banheiro estreito, mas com boa ducha.

The manager is kind and helpful. Breakfast is delicious.

There's no taxi service in Machu Picchu Pueblo. It's a small town. Manager & Staff went out of their way to help us with luggage at the train sration because I have a mobility issue. It's not part of their service, but they did it. What we did not like:The room keeps moisture in so need to open windows, and can hear the business activities and ocassional dog barking. The building does not have air conditioner/heating. It goes with the age of this wonderful and beautiful area.

Friendly staff but poor wifi which barely worked. Breakfast was bare bones but they let us store our luggage there for our trip up to Machu Picchu.

Honestly, this hotel has no real advantages — not even the location made up for the rest. I had booked a double room, but was given a room with three single beds squeezed in, leaving almost no space to move. At first, they gave me a room without a window, which I refused. Only after some discussion did they “manage” to offer me a room with a window — as if that were a luxury. The room itself was extremely basic, even borderline unacceptable. The bathroom was poorly maintained, and the overall condition of the room was disappointing. The soundproofing is terrible — you can hear absolutely everything, and the place feels chaotic and noisy. The breakfast was a disaster — almost nothing to eat, and certainly nothing enjoyable. To be fair, the staff were friendly — probably the only positive point worth mentioning. Otherwise, this place feels more like a very basic stop near Machu Picchu than a hotel offering any real comfort. In short, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel at all — unless you truly have no other options.

Buena opción para quedarse en Aguas Calientes. Nos fueron a buscar a la estación de tren y nos dejaron guardar el equipaje en recepción al día siguiente.

Hubicacion muy bien..... Cuarto no bien.....

Habitación sencilla pero confortable. La llave del lavabo no estaba bien encajada y salía algo de agua al suelo (gotas), aun así nada importante. El chico de la recepción muy amable, me dio indicaciones varias. Perfectamente repetiría estancia.

Ótimo custo-benefício. Pudemos deixar as malas depois do check-out.

Incrível, muito aconchegante voltaria nesse hotel com certeza. Bem perto do centro. Ótimo café da manhã.

Por el precio, la habitación está bien para una o dos noches, pero se escucha todo el ruido del piso inferior y el piso superior.

Very nice, humble, and clean hotel. Front desk staff was super kind and you could tell enjoyed their work. Great restaurant right across the street. Very walkable and well located.

A estadia foi ótima. Funcionários muito simpaticos, bom café da manhã, quarto confortável, boa ducha. Voltaria outras vezes.
