The room was very cold. There is no heating, even if mentioned so. Also, there wasn't daily cleaning as mentioned. My room was never cleaned during 5 night stay. There were also ants in the bathroom. And like others have said, the walls are made of paper, so you could hear everything very well. And the breakfest is served in an open-air space upstairs. Something positive: location was good.

We had a great time at Kaaro House. The staff were kind and helpful with the few requests we had. I would 100% stay there again.

Older property but with all the expected amenities. Excellent front desk service and very good breakfast. Rooms can be cold as there is not heat but they provide plenty of blankets , close to everything

They went above and beyond helping me transfer my luggage to the airport while I was coming back from hiking the rainbow mountain, I would have missed my flight otherwise.

Llegué a las 11pm y tenían todas las luces del hotel apagadas. Cuando ves la entrada, no está rotulada, parece la entrada de una casa vieja, pero jamas la entrada de un hotel. El baño estaba afuera de la habitación.

Fabulous place- location, people, quiet!!

The people who work at the reception are super-nice and helpful. Rooms are large. Beds are comfortable. Location is in historic district but is quiet. Price is great. Loved it!

Great location right close to the main square. Lovely breakfast with a big city view. Staff was really helpful in many ways. Great place!

It is very close to the center. Room and bathroom are clean. The only bad thing is… the walls are very thin, you can hear everything that the room next to you is doing and saying

Hospedagem honesta e com excepcional custo/beneficio. A localização era maravilhosa e os funcionários super atenciosos. O café da manhã foi so pra dizer que tinha mas não considero uma falha por conta do preco da diaria. Muito recomendado para conhecer o sitio arqueológico.

Hotel muito bem localizado. Funcionários muito atenciosos. Quarto bem amplo. Café da manhã simples, mas ok. O imóvel da propriedade é gelado e por isso lá faz mais frio. Num geral recomendo muito. Gostei muito da experiência.

A estadia tem uma boa localização. Preço justo em relação ao que é oferecido. Destaque para a atendente Rute, que tem uma bebezinha, muito solicita.
