Everything was great. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Found good food close by too.

This hotel is outstanding! I highly recommend staying due to the incredible staff, convenient location, and the clean, comfortable rooms. The staff went out of their way to ensure we had a great trip. Very helpful and really nice. Hot breakfast was included and really good as well. So glad we stayed six nights there.

Fiquei em dois momentos hospedado no hotel. No primeiro, ficamos num quarto sem janela, só havia a janela do banheiro. Não gostei. No segundo, fiquei no quarto 208, único quarto com varanda. Quarto espaçoso e todo remodelado. Muito bom. Café da manhã regular, mas aceitável. No geral, o atendimento é bom. Daria nota 3 na primeira estadia e nota 4,5 na segunda.

Comfortable bed but could have used better pillows. Everything else was perfect. The staff was awesome. The breakfast was great and the location was perfect close to the station. Very clean and hot water!

Noise in the morning after 6 am!

The folks here were great. The location of the hotel is ok as far as being able to get around town. A taxi is required to go very far anyway as everything is uphill. The only real issue is that it is right next door to a very loud school. The children start early so there is no relaxing after about 6 am. Cusco, itself, is a very loud city anyway, so if you can tolerate the traffic and the kids next door, this is a nice, reasonably priced little hotel. Don't expect a full size bed though, if you are alone, as they use twin beds for every accommodation.

Muy acogedor el hotel, está bien ubicado. Cerca del aeropuerto y a cuatro cuadras de la plaza de armas. El personal es muy muy amable y siempre muy dispuestos a ayudarnos en lo que necesitemos, lo único que no me gusto del hotel fueron las almohadas y no puedes abrir las ventanas.

Hotelli oli hintaansa nähden erittäin hyvä ja laadukas. Paikat olivat siistit ja henkilökunta oli ystävällistä ja kielitaitoista. Aamiainen oli hyvä, kuten myös hotellin sijainti.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Would be nice if more of the TV stations were available in English.

This hotel was awesome! There was some confusion about check in, as I had booked the room for the wrong number of nights originally, but the staff was incredibly courteous and accommodating in their communication, and they did not charge us a cent for the extra nights we had originally booked. The breakfast was very nice, and the location was good, too. It was a cheap taxi ride (I think it was 7 soles, or about US$2) to the main square, or a short, uphill walk. The rooms were beautiful and impeccably clean, and the area felt incredibly safe, even at night. One morning at breakfast, one of the nice employees even helped us plan our day and provided us with a lot of recommendations on things to do, which was incredibly helpful to hear from a local.

If you are looking for a good night rest this is not your hotel. Kids at the elementary school start yelling and playing since 7 am so after many days traveling in peru i was just expecting a good night rest...

The room was a bit lousy to sleep in. Hotel rooms not particularly comfy and it's a bit far from the main attractions or meet up point for trekking.

Esta muy lindo Cuzco, solo que si vas a viajar para ese lugar toma tus precauciones por los mareos, esto por la altura y compra tus boletos de tren y entradas a machupichu con tiempo desde tu ciudad. Gracias Perú tu gente es muy amable!!!

Sehr guter Service, sehr sauber, Lage nicht direkt im Zentrum, aber zu Fuß oder mit günstigem Taxi in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen, sichere Gegend, Preis- Leistungsverhältnis für Cusco gut.
