Tivemos uma estadia incrível e mágica no La Casona Real.
O lugar e os quartos são charmosos, confortáveis e aconchegantes. Foi muito bom tomar chá de coca e menta (fornecido gratuitamente no hotel), enquanto apreciávamos a decoração das áreas comuns.
Ótima localização, do lado da Plaza de Armas. Bem fiscalizado e seguro.
O hotel e os funcionários foram muito prestativos e fizeram alguns ajustes para nossa agenda, como guardar malas, fornecer café da manhã em box, etc.
Somos muito gratos por eles terem tornado nossa estadia em Cusco ainda mais prazerosa.

Everything but the loudness was good. We couldn’t sleep very well due to the loud music from bars as well as being able to hear doors closing & people talking in the hotel in the middle of the night. The staff was very understanding when we had to cancel additional nights b/c of the noise issues. The staff was helpful and friendly and the property is cute!

Terrible experience. The staff was extremely rude and unhelpful and did not speak English at all, which made communication impossible. The room was freezing all night with no proper heating. The hotel is very old and poorly maintained, absolutely not worth the money. They couldn’t even provide a simple cocoa drink. On top of that, the hotel is on a party street with drunk people making noise all night — impossible to rest. Do not waste your money; there are much better hotels nearby for the same rate.

A hospedagem foi, apenas, razoável. Primeiro porque foi bem cara. Pelo preço cobrado, quase nada foi entregue.
O quarto nem janela tem. Não tem frigobar. O hotel não tem Wi-Fi (ao menos ninguém me informou).
O espaço para o café da manhã é minúsculo e eu sequer consegui tomar café um dia por causa dos horários.
Ressalto, apenas, que a iniciativa de preparar um “box” de café das manhãs para viagem, nos dias de passeio, é muito boa.

The location for this hotel is great if you want to be close the historic area for walking tours of Cusco. It was super convenient for our tours because the meeting point was often set at La Plaza de Armas.
Room was always tidy and the shower was nice and warm - which was different from some of our other stays in Peru.
All the staff were so incredibly nice. And one of the best things was that if you had activities planned early in the morning, they would pack us breakfast to take with us. I’ve never experienced that, and it was so generous!
