Nice boutique hotel 3 doors from the best historical square in Peru. Great value, breakfast available locally from 730 am. Don't go to Miraflores, it's not real Lima.

Zentrales Altstadthotel, drei Häuser vom Plaza Mayor entfernt. Eingang etwas schwierig zu finden, Treppenaufgang. Altbau, neu renoviert. Hotel Managerin spricht perfekt Englisch und bemüht sich sehr um die Gäste. Ortsübliches Frühstück. Karten Zahlung problemlos möglich, auf Nachfrage Wäscheservice.

Service was excellent.Even though we had to wait for our room to be ready,the service and readiness of the personnel was outstanding.I will come back again for the service.
I had to leave the premises before 7 am and the clerk in charge at that time served me breakfast (breakfast is served from 7:30 to 9 00 am).Tgat mean a lot to me.
Thanks guys from Plaza Mayor. See you on my next trip to Lima

Hôtel dont le seul avantage est d'être au plus près du centre de Lima pour pas cher (confor sommaire, pas de fenêtre, beaucoup d'escalier et pas d'ascenseur). Nous l'avions pris après un bus de nuit pour nous doucher et poser nos valises avant de prendre l'avion le même jour (nous n'y avons même pas dormi). Personnel sympathique et accueillant au demeurant.

I didn't got my room because my flight arrived with delay in the evening and the reception rented my room to a couple in need of privat time.....maybe for a couple of hours only... and I was moved to another hotel far from the square, nice... thank you!

Hotel on dark side street Not much to look at but it's a stones throw from main square. Due to late flight we arrived at 4am Nice man let us in to room immediately and we did paper work I am. Room small but clean especially bathroom. Lots of hot water, good pressure . Overall place abit worn
Breakfast average for budget hotel. Compared to price of other hotels in Lima this is good value for price. One tip if you need to leave early in am make sure they know in advance as door street was locked still at 530 when we had to go to catch bus.

The location was great, except that it wasn't: steps from the central plaza of Lima, but the new mayor has decided this area will be pedestrian, so no taxi access; you have to haul your bags a block or two to get to the cab, and traffic to that point was awful.
Housekeeping was mixed; fine the first night, spotty the second, and they failed to show for our last day there.
There was only one English speaker in the hotel, but when he wasn't there, we made do with Google Translate.
Breakfast was simple, but quite good.

The location is perfect for being in the old town, right by Plaza Mayor and the pedestrian streets where there are loads of shops and cafes. The room had no proper window but was perfectly fine for sleeping, as while in Lima there's lots to see and do. The breakfast was good with freshly squeezed orange juice and warm buns, and good coffee. Nice staff too.
