There was no hot water for the jacuzzi tub. The front desk sent someone to the room. He was able to get hot water but it barely came out of the faucet. It took 45 minutes to fill enough to use the jacuzzi jets. When I turned on the jets rancid water shot out which caused my 45 minutes worth of water to stink.
There is no a/c. I asked for a fan. No fan. Was instructed to open the windows. Only 1 window opened - the other was welded closed. Had noise from the street all night and the room was too warm.
Not impressed and definitely cannot recommend.

El hotel requiere algo de mantenimiento, y cambio de luces en las habitaciones, ya que se ven muy oscuras, el agua en la reghadera no se mantiene a una temperatura estable, cambia de frio a caliente permanentemente, lo que hace muy complicado el proceso de bañarse. Durante el tiempo de estadia repararon el unico ascensor que tenian, por lo que tuvimos que subir y bajar escaleras, hasta un 7mo piso

It is a nice hotel. I was on junior suite which is of a good size and modern. No air conditioning heat or cold. It has a restaurant on the 12th floor with Amazing city views. Is good for the price . Doesn't have gym

The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and understanding, especially as I dealt with an issue with LATAM; they went above and beyond to assist me. The building’s elevator is a welcomed convenience, as every step at 3,500 meters above sea level is no small feat. The view from the 12th-floor bar is truly breathtaking. While the room felt a bit outdated, this was reflected in the price, making it overall a good value for the stay.
