Buen hotel

Todo genial, muy cerca de una de las principales calles de Miraflores. El personal muy agradable, tuvimos un problema con la reserva y nos lo solucionaron rápidamente.

Otra gran opción de hospedaje en Lima, en Miraflores :) y con instalaciones bien ubicadas! Me han dado una buena habitación, gracias!! Restaurante en el primer nivel con posibilidad de desayuno. Atención Cordial, eficiente y respetuosa. Excelente:)

Dirty sheets

Sure! Here's a quick review for your stay at Qema Lima: --- I had a great stay at Qema Lima! The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained—plenty of room to relax after a day of exploring. The hot shower was excellent, with good water pressure and consistent temperature, which was much appreciated. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient for getting around Lima. Would definitely recommend for a comfortable and hassle-free stay!

Demasiado incómodo

We had a good stay at the Qema Lima. It was in the perfect location for what we wanted to do. Initially we were given a room that was unclean (bed sheets with stains and hairs in the bathroom) however after mentioning it to the staff (April) they were very accommodating and moved us to another room. The room had a bed with less marks and stains on the sheets and a bathroom that had black mold in. After the first day the majority of this was cleaned without us mentioning it. The staff were always helpful and we always felt safe. The area around was great!

O quarto é até ok, mas o banheiro compartilhado falta bastante cuidado. O quarto é pequeno também, caso procure espaço essa não é uma boa opção.

Old bedrooms and bathrooms. My bed and pillow was really bad. Only good think was the location. They should make some renovations.

Room was lovely and clean. Easy for uber pick ups and breakfast was amazing!

Atendeu às expectativas e necessidade.

The TV didn’t work There was no phone to call front desk,if you need something you had to go to the front desk The rooms had air conditioning and the remote.it didn’t work

Sehr nettes Personal (leider ohne Entscheidungskompetenz) Gutes japanisch-peruanisches Restaurant im EG mit Frühstück - Unsauberes Zimmer (401) und dreckiges Bad (Haare/Bettwäsche etc.) - Kein Schrank, kein Safe - Duscharmatur kaum einstellbar (zu heiß oder zu kalt) Becken läuft nicht ab

Quarto bom com um espaço bom para um casal. O banheiro compartilhado achei bem limpo, não foi uma questão. Bom atendimento na recepção, explicando bem como funcionava o hotel. Café da manhã também gostei, tem mais de uma opção para você escolher. Hotel seguro, sempre tem um segurança na porta.

Tivemos uma ótima experiência no hotel, mas descobrimos no caminho que a acomodação que havíamos reservado não tinha banheiro privativo. Isso foi um grande inconveniente, não apenas pelo valor extra altíssimo de 20 dólares, mas também pela forma como a cobrança foi feita: a atendente esqueceu de incluir a taxa no check-in e bateu na porta do nosso quarto para cobrá-la já depois da uma da manhã. Poderia ter sido resolvido no dia seguinte, já que ficaríamos dois dias em Lima no mesmo hotel. O café da manhã é gostoso e preparado na hora. Há café e chá à vontade, mas o prato escolhido é único e não pode ser repetido.

A localização da pousada é ótima. A limpeza deixa um pouco desejar. O café da manhã é bom, porém a reposição dos itens é bem demorada.

ミラフローレスのとても便利な場所にあります。シャワーとトイレが共同だったのですが、シャワーのお湯で足元が濡れてトイレがしにくいのが欠点ですが、その他は問題ありません。

The receptionist was kind and attentive. The people at the restaurant were great to talk to and the transportation to the airport was quick, and safe.
