The food was excellent, The staff were attentive and really nice! Everyone spoke English and did their best to accommodate the guests. An awesome experience.

The rooms are very small and there was not enough space for 3 people. Otherwise the hotel and the staff are excellent.

Good option for one night

We stayed for 4 nights and our room was a good size for 2 ppl and clean. We were on the second floor by the elevators and I was surprised by how quiet it was the entire time - didn't hear any noise from the outdoors or outside our room. However, we can hear the morning music downstairs (from the lobby) that starts to play when breakfast starts at 6am. It wasn't super loud or frustrating but if you're a very light sleeper like me, it may wake you. Breakfast buffet was ok if it's included but I wouldn't pay additional for it. The hot foods weren't kept very warm and there were very little fruits and they weren't sweet or very good. But overall, nice stay and good location for us.

Clean and modern hotel. All of the staff without exception were very friendly and helpful. Location was great, within walking distance of shops and restaurants. Price was very reasonable.

Overall, our stay was great. The room was clean and all the staff we encountered have been friendly. From check-in to check-out, the entire process was seamless. We highly recommend this property and will stay again when visiting Lima.

Very nice hotel, great location. Very helpful staff, who went above and beyond for us on 2 different occasions. Can't say enough good things about breakfast ... it was exceptional!

everything was pretty nice, the room was spacious and clean, i just wish the bathroom was a separate area rather than just an open space with a divider. Breakfast I thought could be better, i found hair in my food one day and coffee grounds in the coffee, not ideal. The gym carpets seemed a bit used/dirty, I would recommend to maybe replace them by now.
