No funcionaba la TV, se solicito que se revisara o se cambiara de habitacion y no hubo respuesta, indicando que no habia personal para eso, y no brindaron ninguna solucion en su momento, apesar de la reserva tuve que esperar casi una hora para que este limpia la habitacion

パスポートとクレジットカードをフロントに忘れるという大失態をしたのですが、鍵付きの引き出しに保存して下さって有り難かったですし、トランスレーターマシーンで聞いた質問に一つ一つ丁寧に応えて頂き親切だな、と思いました。有難うございました！

It has some character and is different from the normal cookie-cutter hotel.
I was going to stay at the hotel for several days, but the noise and reception treatment made me decide to move to another hotel.There was noise from the street, there was construction inside the hotel, one of the receptionists was singing and cleaning people were also making noise. The air conditioning also make a bunch of noise.

I think that the best part of my stay was the staff of the hotel. Overall they were great, however Alan at the front desk was over the top fantastic. I fell ill during my stay, and Alan went well beyond the call of duty to ensure my safety and we'll being. However, he was not alone, as I found that the entire staff was there for me!
The rooms are clean, with WiFi, Tv's, hot water showers, and an on site restaurant that is happy to customize to meet your needs.
A single twin bed room is small, but adequate. I will definitely stay again!
