O quarto é maravilhoso, a cama muito macia.

The hotel is very comfy, with nice staff and environment, the beds and toilet are all clean. There is staff standby in the front desk 24hrs, so even if we arrived the hotel late in midnight, still able to have help from the staff.
The breakfast lady is very nice too.
But the location is not in city centre, we have to travel through uber each time for about 15mins, but it is easy to call uber so doesnt really bothered.
They got thick blanket so it's warm and cozy in bed, but since the room is quite cold without heater, it is freezing cold when you are out of bed 4 in the midnight preparing to go out for some tour. Prepare really warm clothes.

Facilities were great but service was fantastic. Staff was incredibly accommodating. They let us check in several hours early and provided us breakfast out first day in Cusco. We left the hotel between 4-6am everyday and made sure to have a breakfast to go ready when we left. Was initially concerned about the location (about 35min walk from the town square) but Ubers were easy to get only 7PEN (about 3 CAD). Highly recommend, true hospitality.

Although the location is not near to bustling area, but the living conditions are much better . Properties are new and well maintained , friendly staffs, cheaper rates and good breakfast. If you’re tired of walking, the hotel can help you call taxi and the rates are very sweet, we paid about 10 soles / per to go to airport or Plaza de Armas
