By far the most accommodating, professional and friendly hotel I have stayed at in Peru! They have a laundry service! They also have the best hotel breakfast you can get in the country especially considering the price. It's a short taxi to the plaza de armaz and if you wanna walk it's only 20 mins. This hotel is a no Brainer 6 out of 5 stars!

The hotel is very comfy, with nice staff and environment, the beds and toilet are all clean. There is staff standby in the front desk 24hrs, so even if we arrived the hotel late in midnight, still able to have help from the staff.
The breakfast lady is very nice too.
But the location is not in city centre, we have to travel through uber each time for about 15mins, but it is easy to call uber so doesnt really bothered.
They got thick blanket so it's warm and cozy in bed, but since the room is quite cold without heater, it is freezing cold when you are out of bed 4 in the midnight preparing to go out for some tour. Prepare really warm clothes.

The hotel is very comfy, with nice staff and environment, the beds and toilet are all clean. There is staff standby in the front desk 24hrs, so even if we arrived the hotel late in midnight, still able to have help from the staff.
The breakfast lady is very nice too.

I loved this hotel and will definitely stay here again when I return to Cusco! The property is a 30-minute walk/$2 Uber ride to the Plaza de Armas—as a solo female traveler, I felt comfortable and enjoyed walking into town during the day, and was able to get quick Ubers every night. The property itself is in a sweet and quiet residential area and faces a tree-filled plaza. The rooms are beautiful and large, the beds extremely comfortable, and there was consistent hot water. The breakfast spread is incredible and Karina in the kitchen is warm, attentive, and lovely to talk with. All of the hotel staff, including Darvin, show incredible care and pride for the property. This place is an absolute gem that I would highly recommend and can’t wait to return to.

This property is very quaint. I don’t think it’s exactly as pictured whoever took the photos did a good job. The hotel is much smaller than it appears in the picture. To enter the hotel you have to be buzzed in and out. I had a bathroom emergency and got back to the hotel buzz the door no one was at reception. I had to wait at least 5 mins before I went inside very inconvenient. Also the altitude in Cusco was crazy and the hotel had no elevator so getting to the fourth floor you feel like you’re dying for oxygen. The best thing about this place was the lady that prepares breakfast she is so homey and motherly her presence feel like a warm hug. The morning receptionist is great. The night time receptionist Jesus can’t be bothered with anyone and he is not helpful. When u asked him a question it feels like you are bothering him.

Pros: always someone available to help answer questions. Room and bathroom were clean. Tv in room had Netflix. Breakfast was made fresh daily with lots of options to choose from. All of the staff members were welcoming and knowledgeable about Cusco. Location about 1.5 miles (2.4km) from center city Cusco. Laundry was cheap and they folded our clothes neatly and packed them in a clear bag for us. The area had a locked gate so it is a secure area. Short drive to the airport.
Cons: walls are very thin. You hear EVERYTHING. The floors are very squeaking in the suites you walk through. Rooms are small. The bed was rock hard and not comfortable for us. The bathroom fan did not work well so bathroom remained humid after showers/no bathroom windows available to open. Dogs bark all night long

This boutique hotel is so cozy and their staff are like a family! You really feel like you are home! The lady of the kitchen is so kind and friendly, she would prepare you the best breakfast ever and up to your preference! The front desk staff also very friendly and up to help 24 hours. This was our favourite stay in Peru! The staff were great, special shout out to the lady who prepares the breakfast - she was so sweet and her cooking was amazing! Daily housekeeping and a heater in the room was very appreciated! The water was always hot and there is a tea station available on every floor. 25-30 minute easy walk into the centre of Cusco.

Lovely hotel. We came in May and it's cold but they provide a heater for your room, however, you need to leave it on for a while for things to warm up. Breakfast was excellent.
