주인이 매우 친절하며, 필요한것은 말만하면 즉시 다 해주셔서, 다른 불편한것은 다 잊게 되었다. 위치도 좋고~~온 가족이 총동원해서 서비스해주는 가족같은 훈훈함~~^^

The kindnesses of the customerbl services, it was excelente , i did not find anything unlikely.

Ni siquiera nos abrieron, a la 1 am tuvimos que estar preguntando en muchos hoteles por disponibilidad, ya se tenía la reserva y el cobro hecho y aun así no nos abrieron, el problema no es que cancelen sino que a la 1am con mi esposa estar buscando otro. Viendo los comentarios de este hostal no sé para que acepté esta reservación muy mal.

The hostel is very simple and the standard is not very high. It's OK if you're looking for something cheap.

The picture of the room looks great but the reality was different. The room we were offered had 4 beds with almost no space left over and no windows. After I complained that the room doesn’t look even close to the picture they advertised we where taken to a roof top build out. The room had windows but it was extremely cold up there. I was handed a little space heater which helped a little. The internet didn’t work up there and there was no TV in the room but that did not bother me to much even it was offered in the hotel description What really bothered me that there was almost no water reaching the 3. floor. It was impossible to take a shower. I definitely would not go back there.

Buena ubicación, pero sucio, problemas con agua caliente. Buen servicio pero nunca hay alguien en recepción. Pésimas condiciones de la habitación y todavía al final te revisan como si robaras o dañaras algo?????? Pagué con expedia y eso les causó desconfianza (quieren ver el dinero)... muy raro. Tampoco es increíblemente barato... No volvería.

Stayed here for two nights before going on a trek to Machu Picchu. The hostel is in a good location, minutes to everything central but on a quiet street. Not like your typical hostel with parties and loud guests, things were pretty quiet even during the New Year Eve! Hotel staff doesn't speak English but are really friendly, they even packed us a breakfast bag because we were leaving early in the morning. This is not a luxury place but it's great for the price.

Staff is extremly helpfull, room is enough, i would stay again.

Freddy, Mariana and their mom, owners of the place , were excellent . Very kind and attentive. We highly recommend this hotel . Walking distance to the historic district - plaza de armas, amazing breakfast , great service, safe location. I would definitely go back to this place !!!!

El hotel es pequeño, destaca por su limpieza , la atención de la propietaria y servicio. Esta muy cercano a la plaza de armas se encuentra detras del Qorikancha

Estadía muy mala. Al llegar nos dieron hab en el piso 3 sin ascensor y escaleras de metal pequeñas. Hab prefabricada con mucho frío. Por lo que solicitamos cambio al segundo piso. Después de una espera de 1 hora aprox nos cambiaron de hab Baño tenía cortina con hongos No había secadora de cabello por lo que en la noche en la mañana tuvimos que salir con él cabello mojado y con el frío que hace en cuzco terminamos resfriados me hermana, sobrino y yo. La dueña del hotel quería que le paguemos en el hotel, por qué ella no entendía de internet y no sabía cómo ver si pagamos o no. Le dije que yo había pagado por la página web y me dijo que a ella no le salía nada, le mostré mail y quería que se lo imprima. Habíamos llegado recién a cuz, teníamos soroche y nos estrenamos con tan solo llegar al hotel. Pésima estadía. No lo recomendó para nada.

The owner explained they are having a problem seeing the reservations from Expedia coming in, and getting paid for those that come due to an administrator managing the accounts has changed the access codes and they have no access to see reservations, or to retrieve the money deposited into their accounts. They have been trying to get a customer service rep in Spanish (I have helped) but they have not been able). Hopefully someone from Expedia can call the hotel directly and talk to the owner in Spanish.

The owner was unbelievably accommodating. Solid breakfast, great location. Room had all we needed, a good bed and clean bathroom. Would definitely go back. Owner allowed us to check out a few hours later and even paid for one of our taxis. Would definitely use them again.
