extreme convenient for transit to from airport. 3 mins walk away. the only thing not perfect was we were given a connecting room, the couple next door was very noisy at night

Best airport hotel. Highly recommend if you arrive at night or need to travel early in the morning. Excellent buffet breakfast starts at 4am.

Excellent location, two minutes walk to terminal. Good breakfast, good service

Although the room looks a bit old, but is clean and comfortable.

Una horrible experiencia con este hotel , todo el personal me hizo sentir súper mal viajaba a quedarme por una noche porque tenía vuelo al día siguiente y no me permitieron quedarme con mi menor hijo de 12 años a pesar que les mostré que en su DNI peruano tenía mi apellido porque se basaban que en su pasaporte americano solo tenía el apellido del papá al parecer poco informados están que en ese.uu solo utilizan un apellido pero igual presenté otros documentos como partida de nacimiento de ambos países firmados por mi y en el peruano con mi apellido y aún así se negaron a querer hospedarnos siendo casi las 12 de la noche me tuve que retirar con mi hijo llorando a ver donde quedarme a esa horas de la noche y se han negado a devolverme mi dinero .

Used to be the best place to stay for Lima layovers, but a new Wyndham Grand hotel just opened next to the new terminal so this hotel is now a bit redundant (and requires a shuttle to the new terminal). I have stayed here several times (but will now book at the Grand next time) without an issue, but the shower in my room this visit couldn't keep a steady temperature and vacillated between cold and scalding, hence the middling rating. Very likely this hotel will be retired soon so they may not be keeping it up as vigorously as they otherwise might.

Great and safe place to stay once you arrive in Lima!

The hotel was 10 minute airport shuttle ride to the new airport. Comes every 30 minutes. The hotel comes with two complimentary drinks at the restaurant/bar and the morning breakfast was good: hot and cold foods. We had dinner at the Paprika restaurant. The chifa and the criolla sopa was very good and reasaonbly priced. The chocolatisma dessert was good.

Nice place, a bit of time to settle from new airport now. Instead of walking out to the hotel, it’s about a 30 minute drive with the shuttle. Otherwise all good.

excelente hotel, solo que esta a 15 minutos del aeropuerto nuevo, y eso no lo comentan para información del huésped.

Bad bad bad atención and service

This is NOT an airport hotel. It's a 15 minute drive away There are many better, more affordable options near by. There is a shuttle available to the airport but it doesn't follow the scheduled times. I was ready at 0420 ahead of people and they took my luggage out of the van and let others in ahead of me. Then they forced me to take the 500 bus.

I have stayed at this hotel several times when traveling to Lima on business. It was very convenient with a walkway into the terminal. With the opening of the new airport, the old airport is closed--the main gates are locked as well as I side gate I know of. The hotel is closed as well, and the phone number listed on Expedia goes unanswered. For some reason, Expedia still allows the hotel to charge guests. Expedia won't refund the charge, and I had to stay across the street at the Holiday Inn. I suggest the Holiday Inn as it is very easy to access and has very good ratings.

Everything was ok except the noise of the air condition turn on was very loud, and the shower couldn’t make the water come out to the shower so I have to use the bathtub sink , that was very inconvenient otherwise was ok !

pésima elección de hotel, el personal no fue nada amigable y el acceso fue terrible. Reservó este hotel pensando que era el nuevo en el nuevo aeropuerto, pero al llegar nos cambiaron a éste No lo recomiendo para nada y si es posible evítenlo
