Nice location in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Hotel had great amenities, delicious breakfast and great customer service!

Juan Carlos or Jose Luis the concierge (I’m sorry I don’t remember his name) was so kind and helpful. My room was so clean and I felt very safe traveling as a single woman.

Great place to stay if visiting Lima. Hotel is super clean, staff is great, and amenities are top notch.

Lovely hotel in between Lima and Miraflores (about 40 minute drive away from Lima's International Airport). Clean rooms and a wonderful rooftop pool heated to what felt like 90 degrees. The choice of a water/ pisco sour / lemonade was lovely as a welcome drink (and you could redeem it at any point during your stay). Good breakfast selection and you could order eggs or omelettes that they would make up fresh. We also ate a dinner here and it was a generous portion! We would definitely recommend this hotel!

Love the hotel room and location. 10 minute walk to a mall with plenty options of restaurants and shopping. Staff is really friendly and professional.

Exceptional staff and service provided

I accidentally booked this hotel instead of the airport one with the same name. Happy accident! It was located with rooftop views of the beach. We hung out at the pool area and enjoyed the views and ambiance. Hotel staff was very accommodating when we checked in early and checked out later that night. We needed a place to stay between flights, and I’m glad we landed here. The staff recommended a great restaurant named Jose Antonio that was within walking distance. We really enjoyed our short visit. Would book again.

A good comfortable stay with great amenities however the sky bar service was closed . Check the days and timing it opens

Lovely hotel great staff except the male night recpionist who could do with training on how to deal with guests. Overall a lovely stay except my experience with the receptionist. I reported the incident to Management but they didnt get back to me ..

Nice pool , with great cocktail and food service

Very nice accommodations, you do have to ask for your VIP status benefits though. The cleaning crew are phenomenal, breakfast buffet is robust, great location to get an uber to many attractions, cute little cafes within walking distance. Nice staff!

The Reception Staff and Concierge Attendants were extremely helpful and great at providing excellent info and tips on local authentic food restaurants and shopping/ must-see tours. Bravo.

We liked Aaron at the front desk and Joseph at the lobby. Very helpful
