No one on arrival to greet me, they lost my booking and had to wait in reception for 1 hour

I booked 4 nights here, 2 upon arrival and 2 before departure during a 2 week stay in Philippines. Check in instructions are supposed to be sent 3 days before arrival. I received vague and incomplete check in instructions just 2 hours before my flight landed. (I arrived 11pm, what to do if I arrived during the day?). There are 4 towers with 2 separate lobbies. After searching we found the correct lobby. These are condos and there is no reception. There is a security guard. The guard knew nothing about our reservation and seemed unaware of the condos being rented. Eventually we were waved through. We still don't keys or codes, and it was much effort just to get a room number by message. We went to the room and it was unlocked with a key inside. The problems did not stop there. The room had no trash bins or bags and no toilet paper. Sheets, pillow cases and the few towels were very well worn with holes and tears, The advantage of renting a condo is the kitchen to cook your own meals but the very few scraps of dishes, pans, and utensils would not make that possible. There wasn't even drinking glasses and only 1 coffee cup. If you planned on cooking and preparing food you need to bring full cookware and dinnerware. The cabinets in the bedroom had full size mushrooms growing. The kitchen had a collection of dead roaches each morning and some live ones during the day. We did not use the second 2 day booking. I paid for another hotel. There are no refunds here.

Kitchen missing a lot of kitchen utensils, shower head is not good, water is splashing all over. The reception personnel does not have any idea about our booking, too much confusion before it was sorted out.

I stayed at this condo for two weeks and had the chance to experience two different rooms. What I liked: • The location was very convenient, with easy access to shops and restaurants. • The staff were always kind and responsive, whether it was cleaning or handling small requests. • The separate toilet and shower made the space more comfortable and easy to use. Things to be aware of: • On some weekend nights, the neighborhood could get quite lively with loud music. • In the first room, I did see cockroaches at night, which was a bit stressful. • The furniture wasn’t really my style, but everything was functional. Overall, I appreciated the hospitality and convenience, and I think this place could be a good fit depending on your preferences. from Japan (^-^)
