Acacia Hotel Manila

Too expensive, I paid $200 for 1 night without breakfast but the hotel was far below expectation. Worse than all hotels with similar rate in Makati!

飯店早餐不佳，房間熱水來的很慢，水量很小，房間廁所老舊。叫車至機場的接送服務，車輛遲到。

酒店客服很主動，房間寬大，冷氣有點冷，調了也沒分別。住了5晚，2個晚上的熱水不足。 附近食肆多，方便。唯是馬尼拉經常塞車， 要到景點地方則較遠，自駕遊比較方便。

飯店位於一個相當安全的區域，晚上在外行走也沒問題，對面也有許多餐廳可以選擇，附近走路也可到7-11，飯店設施相當齊全，健身房游泳池也很好，飯店房間相當乾淨，設施也很齊全，早餐選擇很多，可以滿足很多不同人的需求

客房吵雜 飯店允許在房間內Party. 吵到其他客人飯店也不做任何補救 沒熱水洗澡飯店也不與理會

房間在3樓游泳池邊， 太吵. 但客房環境及乾淨度不錯， 隣近易塞車

Excellent location with good service

Good location for business trip to visit laguna area. 5 mins walk to Town center for dinner with many restaurants to choose.

good location, near shopping mall and supermarket. Breakfast is std only, hope it can be better next time.

what my family like? Nice place What didn't like? My mother is at 75yrs old and a little bit of meal would not a huge adds on but still an issue. book 3 days and check out after 2 days with no complaint hopefully next time they consider old people. Thank you

The hotel is surprisingly clean & quiet. The hotel staff are very polite & accommodating, and their uniform shows elegance. The buffet breakfast offers a wide variety of cuisines. The hotel have all the amenities a guest would ask for, including a pool & a restaurant. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay a great one.

Very nice area for rich and yet is not very pricey. Good breakfast for 2 with quality food .. walking distance to shopping malls , easy access to airport and the swimming pool view is nice , gym is old but still very good , need one equipment for leg press to be added and everything will be perfect

Acacia Hotel is one of my favorite hotel in Alabang. I always feel at home every time I stay there. Until I have an awful incident happened in the early morning of April 27, 2025 (Sunday.) I was extremely hungry so I went early to the Coffee Shop of the hotel. Suddenly the male manager on duty of that day started abusing me verbally and harassing me for no apparent reason. He didn’t allow me to pick up any foods in the buffet area. I was extremely shocked and speechless with his despicable attitude towards me and left the place and went back to my room. I felt so humiliated disgusted and disappointed. Acacia Hotel must not allow person like that to work in the hotel involving with the guests. His despicable and disgusting attitudes only gives terrible impact to the name and reputation of the good hotel like Acacia Hotel Alabang.

Very noisy as the HVAC units were installed right in front of the room windows.

It’s very convenient for all, restaurants, shopping, golfing. I enjoyed swimming pool n gym almost every day. The only thing I want to point out is that the available TV channels are limited in the room. Otherwise the hotel transportation service is quite helpful.

Probably best staff I have ever met in any hotel anywhere in the world ( been to 105 countries ) exceptional personal attention and service is an understatement
