Good location its near festival mall and clean. But you have to know it standard check out time is 11 am. And you will need extra 2000 as deposite

The process of booking is flawless. The staffs are accommodating too. Though, the partitions of their rooms or the walls are made of a ply wood, I think? because you can hear easily the conversation of the people on the other room. Another thing, we had a hard time using the TV in our room because there is no remote control. We called the receptionist when we entered our room and notice that there is no remote control for the TV(we've been searching the entire room, just to find the remote.lol). She told us that the remote for that room has been damaged by the previous guest. I think at least she should've informed us before giving us our room no. When checking out, we've been asked also, where did we put the remote.Anyway, Not a big deal though. I would just like to remind them, that they should inform their guest ahead of time about any discrepancies in the room or at least give their guests another room. We had a good stay but we're not sure about staying again in amore.
