Initially, the staff were very good and helpful and I even gave an oral review recording letting them know how much we enjoyed our stay. However, when we informed them upon our last night of stay, and that we will be leaving early in the morning, things being said didn't make sense. They told us that the manager called and said the online price was different than the in house price and that we had to pay the difference. We explained that we should have been informed upon our arrival, not four nights later. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the breakfast was good and even brought to our room. But, the hotel management aren’t making any sense concerning guests who use online booking services. There should be honesty and straightforwardness. John 14:6

Room smelled bad. Air con didnt work. Desk service was completely rude. Room did not match description on Expedia and expedia did nothing to remedy anybof this.

Hotels.com verified review

Checked in eight hours early because of our arrival time. Happy to pay for an additional day. The hotel had no record of our reservation. The first response we were told we were scammed and would have to pay. Checked in a room 300 and then put us in room 301 with broken window latches and then moved us to 303. The final room was fine but there definition of deluxe should be changed to standard. The power went out and they had a back up generator but we were told we had to pay 300 peso a day to pay hotel for power. The breakfast was very good. The breakfast ladies were very kind. Front desk need more training except for the new guy he went out of the way to provide service. The security that greeted us in the beginning helped us with our luggage entering and leaving. He made arrangements to have transportation throughout our stay!! So thankful! The information and services online do not match up with what they actually provide.
