호텔에 한국인 직원에 항상 상주하고 있는데 진짜 편했어요. 물어볼 거 있으몀 바로 물어볼 수 있어서 좋아요. 다른 건 무난하게 잘 이용했어요.

I enjoyed the swimming pool view and the breakfast; however, the air conditioning was bad, and the internet connection was terrible. The staff were very friendly and impressive!

The pool in hotel was and thier was large pool next door. We never tried but look really big and nice.
The internet was poor as was down most of stay. Thier where so place too eat near and shop within 10 minutes walk. But have to get trick or walk 2km into walking (red street) or mall for better options in my opinion.
I would say here again.

There were bugs in room and hallways. I am disabled so we needed somewhere with elevator. Hotel description says that there is elevator and there is none. Lost power on second night and my family and I left after night 2 of 8 night booking with no refund . Had to pay 1000 pesos deposit for second key. Tried to charge again for 11yr old child but was clearly charged already from Expedia. Front door staff harassed family members for dropping us off and picking us up. When showed the staff pictures and videos of bugs was dismissed and ignored.

The room was not even close to the pictures you guys have on your site. The mattresses was discussing, the furniture was all scratched up. The pools were very very dirty. I had to book a room at Park Inn by Radisson Clark. So much better!!!!
