The place is clean. The guard is very friendly but we asked for someone to clean our room around 11am on the 2nd day, we went to the mall and arrive by 6pm but no house service came we asked the frontdesk but cutoff for the service is at 6pm :(

Wi-Fiの接続状態がいいのは一階のロビーだけでした。部屋ではWi-Fi環境が悪く使えなく廊下まで出るかロビーのソファーで使うWi-Fi環境でした。夜中に勤務中の警備員がトイレを使わずホテル横の側溝で用を足すのを見てびっくりしました。

This a pleasant and good value pension house. Security is good and the rooms are clean and well furnished with comfortable beds, flat screen cable TV and air con. Staff are friendly and helpful and the Gplace is very well organised. Good value simple Filipino food is also available. Wi-fi is patchy and unreliable though.

I only stayed for one night at Anri Pension House, and I am glad because my stay was not very pleasant. The second I walked into my room, I saw a huge cockroach in the bathroom. The room did not look as clean or modern as it does in the pictures, and the furniture was very cheap with a tiny bed and uncomfortable mattress. The hotel is down a very dodgy looking alleyway, with a group of men who sit outside all night/early morning shouting and staring at you. I felt very uncomfortable in the area and so didn't leave my room once I had arrived. The only positive about this place was the staff who were very friendly and incredibly helpful. The guard went to fetch a taxi from the main road for me in the morning so I didn't have to walk down the street on my own. I have a feeling they are aware that the area the hotel is situated in is not ideal. Overall I would not recommend this place to anyone and certainly will never stay there again.

This property is mostly good with a few things I wish were different. Good: Very clean, nice staff, close to IT Park, relatively quiet, and efficient room. Could be better: The wifi was horrible 90% of the time. If you have online work to do, you will not have a strong enough connection to do it here. Although very close to IT Park, the walk there is a bit chaotic as you will be walking in the street with jeepneys, cars, and buses rushing past you. But, it is only a very short walk.

滞在中、快適に過ごすことが出来たので結局延長して約一週間滞在しました。とにかくスタッフの方々の親切さが1番印象的で、私が体調を崩した際には、皆さんで心配して気を遣って頂きました。バスルームは小さめですが、建物も新しいので快適です。雨が降ると目の前の道路が泥と水溜りで歩きにくくなること以外は、非常に快適に過ごせます。
