The lady reception doesn't know what she is doing. She said I wasn't book in that hotel and she can't see it. Then it cause delay on our trip. The room is average but they don't pick up the plates when you order food. So they don't clean the room every day (we stayed there for 3 days 2 nights) Pro: But it's cheap. Nice zircon near in the mall

The hotel does not have an elevator that would lift senior citizen guests to the upper floors. My parents who are 82 & 83 years old had to climb up the steep stairs to the third floor where we were billeted.

The food is good and affordable. Suggestion: It would be better if there was an elevator.

I checked in on time as per my 9AM request. Thank you A.S. i loved how quick when they served the breakfast. i originally wanted it served 7AM. I called and requested it to be served 6AM and 5 minutes after I called, breakfast is ready! just wow! If i have to suggest something, i would recommend if they can add a dental kit (toothbrush and paste). nevertheless, am happy with my stay. 😉😊

Unclean bathroom. Unplugged fridge. No cable, leak from the aircon that we report from the start of our stay but wasn’t able to fix it. They don't really care for their guest

Good and accommodating staff. The room was very dirty, particularly the bathroom.

The place is simple and cozy very friendly and accommodating personnel, would definitely recommend this place.

Good location. Near airport and the sea port. Staffs are very nice. Spacious room. Good value for money.

Average hotel, not bad for its price

For cleanliness - There are white stains in one of the two beds. I stayed at Room 207. And the comfort room is not that tidy. There are black spots on the floor and wall. For comfort - I don't feel comfortable because the floor looks old and not cleaned well and the bathroom and toilet looks dirty. For service - Not proactive in making up a room considering that they already know how long you're going to stay at the hotel. I waited for kind of long for the shuttle driver to get ready to drive me off to the airport. For the food - They controlled the choices of food you eat in a day. They'll present you a menu that these are the only food (complimentary breakfast) we serve for today. You are only given two choices. And the serving is not enough for one person especially the meat loaf, just two small slices. For the location - I give them 5 stars on this because they are just 5-10 mins away from the airport, very convenient. And it's also near the port where you can take OceanJet and Supercat fastcrafts. And the pool is not good. It needs maintenance. It doesn't look good.

Totally it's great. Although the swimming pool is out of order.

That was a great experience the staff were all polite and kind.

Very convenient especially for early morning flights because they provide free shuttle you can even ask them to have your breakfast packed, my only concern is the air conditioning unit.

The location is great since it's just a few walk to the main road. They have a nice room, though, I do not like its dim light setting. The service is superb, they assist you in all your concerns even if it is not about the hotel. The building has no elevator. They also serve good breakfast.
