AV 七度假村

It was a good stay at all aside from the hotel is not serving food. It would have been a one-stop-shop. The Staffs and room attendants are very pleasing and professional. The location is good as it is just a few steps from the shore. I would highly recommend the place for it’s affordable and competitive price.

Very pleasant stay! Staff were very nice! We were so surprised that eve it’s not a 3 or 5 star accommodation, the place is really just some few steps from the white beach! Very nice location!

It was awesome. They allowed us to have early check in which we appreciate. We weren’t able to watch TV, there’s an issue with the signal.

TV is not working at all. Never had the chance to use it. Ever. Wifi fluctuates. On our second day, we weren't able to use it at all. Does not connect. No signal. They should proactively offer the free coffee at least.

It was a pleasant stay in AV Seven Resort. The room is spacious and with complete room and bathroom amenities. The staff are accommodating and approachable. It is only 2-minute walk to the beach front and there are many local shops where you can buy some pasalubong right outside the building. It is also near in D’Talipapa and other restaurants. There are some problems though with their electricity because we experienced power interruptions in the morning but all in all, it was convenient and we highly recommend AV Seven Resort.

Room was spacious and clean. Bed is soft and inviting to sleep in. The restroom, however, could have used a more centralized and private exhaust instead of it leading right into the lobby.

I had an awesome stay here, the staff were so nice and accommodating , the room is very clean and spacious, they have fresh and clean linens and towels, Comfort room is clean , malamig ang aircon and nice din kasi may balcony ang room na nakuha namin, they also have cable tv. Only downside is mahina ang wifi but walang kaso just use your mobile data. And, sobrang accessible niya sa beach like less than 5 minutes walk. ❤️

When I booked this through traveloka and saw the photo, I thought the room was just a small one. We were shocked when we first step in. Room is spacious and beds are so comfortable and relaxing. Aldrin, the owner was very accommodating and answered all my queries. Location is good and very accessible to all. We'll be back next year and still choose AV Seven.

Staffs are friendly. Not beach front but near in thr beach.
