Almost everything is awesome. I mean how can you not stay at a hotel called Awesome Hotel. Food was good, burger was top notch beef like the USA, breakfast had plenty of international choices, even Americans are happy with the western options. And of course local cuisine is nice. Pool is great and clean. Nice sports bar with big TVs for game time. Beach is nice. The only thing I don't like is the automatic toilets. I applaud the idea of the environmentally sound conservation efforts but the. Flush is just not practical. Also, I wanted to buy a towel and told it was impossible to buy. But anyways, I'll stay again and recommend to others. It was indeed awesome!

It is an awesome Hotel!

There are two buildings and the newer one is nicer and clearly well maintained. Having beach access was great, would be nice if the hotel could provide shade or umbrellas so you can hang out at the beach. The breakfast buffet gave plenty of options. I’ll definitely be coming back for the mango smoothie and the mais con yelo.

I would have given this a 10 but the only complain I have is they didn’t clean our room the first night we were there. I complained about it and was promised they will, that it must have been an oversight but the next day, yes they made the beds, but did not clean the bathroom. We had to request towels because they didn’t clean the bathroom. They just picked up the dirty towels.

We loved our stay at the Awesome Hotel! It was clean, safe and comfortable!

It is a Western style resort. The pool is excellent and it actually has a hot tub, which is really nice! It has 3 restaurants with an extensive menu. The rooms are renovated, clean and nice. The beach reminds of the Atlantic coast of Florida and good waves for boogie boarding and surfing. The resorts will let you rent a sea kayak or surf board, which is nice. And on the beach you can go to Had's Surf School to learn how to surf. In short, we had a great time there and will be going back. It is a great place for families. We would highly recommend it.

Enjoyed my Stsy at awesome hotel! Beautiful properly. Was just wondering if they try to book their guest to the old building for an opportunity to upsell an opportunity to upgrade to the new building for more than 4,800 considering I booked the room for $150 per night Glad I did not fall for the upgrade! Loved my ocean view room in the old building. Wished this hotel have cabanas. Lounge chairs and umbrellas in the beach area. Also, recommending to put some trash bins around. Had enjoyed drinking the complimentary infused water, but no trash bin to through away my cup after. Then I realized they just didn’t have any bins all over the property. Otherwise I recommend Awesome Hotel especially if you like to be away from all the actions in ELYU. I enjoyed my peace and quiet. Finished my stay with a in room 1 1/2 hour massage! Highly recommend! Sad their spa is not ready yet but masseuse was great!!

Did not appreciate the strong attempt to sell me upgrade at the cost of +45 % of the advance paid amount. Hated that there was no warm water to shower with. In a room costing 150+ eur/day, one would expect hot or at least a warm shower. From all other parts, absolutely very nice place. Surrounding, many different services and highly recommendable service attitude of the staff makes it easy fo me to warmly recomment Awesome Hotel. It is good for its name.

The infinity pool is beautiful. Beach was peaceful

Porters seemed hesitant in assisting guest in carrying luggages. Hot water in shower is not working. Had to call front desk twice to fix it and possibility of being transferred to another room late at night if they can’t fix it. Unexpectedly inconvenient for a supposedly high end resort . Double lock in room beeps continuously when engaged Duvet do not seem to be freshly washed. Lots of Tiny flying insects in bathroom sink. Bathroom sink faucet has very low water flow.. Smart TV requires signing in personal email to be able to watch TV. This is sharing very private information.
