We arrived around 8pm. We ask the guy from the lobby for free water and he told us it is in our room. Then we went in our room. Since we still have with us our water bottles. We didn't bother to ask as we arrive in our rooms without the water. On the next morning. I ask the girl and the lobby for our free water and told us. There us no free water. It is 15pesos for 350ml water. Then instead of whining I just bought it since I needed it. Next issue is the room. It is smelly. Maybe it is the carpet in floor that retains its smell. And it has very dirty curtains. How much would it cost to buy new sets of curtains. So filthy. Unhygienic. 3rd issue. The room is not that sound proof. The occupants next door are shouting. We open the tele and increase its volume to mask the noise outside. Its for the low price that we paid for. But there is a lot of low cost rooms/hotels/hostels with free water, clean rooms, and noise proof rooms. 😕. Sorry but we r not so happy about this.

My experienced with this hotel was exactly opposite of its name. When I arrived, one of the staff asked if I have a booking and I affirmed that I booked through app. One of them suddenly told me that they're fully booked. I was asked to wait, I think that was 20 minutes or more. I went to my room by myself and no offer was made to assist me with my luggage. They were not really prepared and not expecting arrival of guests like me. Linen/beddings was so far the worse I had experience, unpressed and the quality was not really good. No prepared towel of which I agreed to deliver afterwards. No internet connection in the room and was advised that wifi is available and their lobby only. Very inconvenient and not ideal if you're travelling for work nor vacation. No cafe or restaurant. The money I paid was not really worth to the quality of their customer service and the amenities available.#notworththeprice

The room is so nice and comfy. Location is strategic, quite near from airport. Staffs are kind and very friendly. Surely will stay here if I come to Cebu again! I hope they'll provide Wifi in the future.

No wifi no resto no bar far, dusty, no regular room cleaning, far from anywhere
