進入飯店的道路太難走, 早餐份量太少, 進出預約車子回覆慢

員工都很友善，白天有提供免費接駁去鄰近的阿羅納海灘，房間的氛圍跟裝潢很舒服，早餐也很棒，在這裡的兩天很開心，住的很舒服，非常喜歡！

Our family stayed for six nights in a two-story pool villa, but I wouldn’t recommend it. The most significant issue was the lack of convenient access between the first and second floors. Instead of having an internal staircase connecting the two levels, there was an external staircase that made it difficult to move around. This was particularly inconvenient for families with younger children who needed constant supervision. The breakfast was also disappointing. There was a dining table in front of the villas, near the pool, but the kitchen was located at the back and outside, which made it difficult to prepare and serve food. Additionally, the facility was far from the restaurant and bars, and the narrow road made it unsafe to walk at night.

L'endroit est calme et reposant. Le personnel est dévoué et sympathique. Il y a un service de navette pour la plage. La chambre est spacieuse et confortable. L'établissement ne prend pas les cartes de crédit, mais vous pouvez payer via PayPal.

Pool Villas were beautifully decorated and it was great having our own pool. It is tucked away and quiet and hotel does offer free tricycle rides to/from the hotel. I gave one less star because breakfast could use some improvements. Although there were fans around the food to keep the flies/bugs away, it did NOT keep the birds from flying onto the food tables to eat off of the serving spoons while the workers were busy. Overall, it was a great stay.

잘쉬고가요. 풀장이 작지만, 오붓하게 놀기 좋아요. 아침에 새들의 지저귐으로 깨니, 기분이 너무 좋더군요. 아침 뷔페는 작은 편이지만 오믈렛과 홍콩식 와플은 맛있어요. 베이컨은 육포같은데 아들이 아주 좋아하네요. ㅎㅎ 바나나는 필리핀치고 약간 별로였어요.

The whole experience is good, quite area, my daughter love the pool, food needs to improve it.

My wife and I loved our stay at Birds of Paradise! The hotel is so comfortable and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast is gorgeous and pool/grounds well maintained. Truly an oasis with Alona Beach, 10m walk away or complementary rides.

Beautiful place. Villas are perfect and private. Excelent breakfast with lots of choices. Merienda/snack is a bonus. Friendly staff. Rec. Merienda signage did not match what was actually served. Villa outside flooring in patio and pool area all the same color despite having to step up/down. Tripping hazard. My 88 year old mother did not notice it. She tripped and fell resulting in a bump on her head and very dark bruising around her eyes, knees and right hand. Staff provided ice, when asked and herbal leaves which my mom requested. Suggest better visual demarcation when a step is present.

Location was a little outside the main beach area but its walkable and they offer tuk tuk service. Staff were super friendly and helpful and the actual property itself is beautiful

Beautiful resort . It’s not near tthe beach but they have free transportation . We love the ammenities and staff are very accomodating .

*숙박시설 : 숙소는 전반적으로 깔끔한 편이고 풀빌라는 1층에 킹침대? 1개와 욕실, 2층에 퀸1개, 싱글 침대 2개와 욕실, walk in closet이 있어 성인2, 자녀 2인 우리. 가족은 거의 2층에서만 생활했습니다. (1,2층 내부 계단이 없고 외부계단으로 이동할수 있어요) : 음... 침대가 살짝 불편했습니다... 그리고 후기들에서 얘기해준것처럼 닭소리에 잠을 설쳤어요ㅜㅜ : 욕실이 넓고 쾌적했지만 온수가 불규칙적이고 낮에 목욕하는데 물이 끊겨 당황한 적이...(그때가 외부 수영장 물 채우던 타이밍이었다고 하네요) 풀빌라와 공용수영장. 수질도 그닥 나쁘진 않았고(다만, 벌레들이 좀..둥둥) : 조식먹는 공용 바에선 개미들이 꽤 보였는데 숙소에서는 1층에서 조금 보였고 2층에서는 못 보았어요. 도마뱀, 나방은 봤고요... 1층정원쪽에 지네?처럼 생긴 애들이 종종 보여요.. *식사 : 조식은 전날 미리 고른 메뉴를 서빙받는데 양도 딱 적당하고 맛도 무난했습니다. : 풀 바에서 커피, 아이스크림, 감튀를 먹었었는데 감튀는 정말 맛있더라고요~ 아이스크림은 많이 녹아서 나왔고, 라떼는 얼음이 많이 녹은 상태서 서빙되었는지 미지근하고 물 반, 우유 반 맛이었어요... 밍밍하고., 에스프레소를 넣은것 같지않고 우유에 아메리카노 섞은 맛?이라 아쉬웠어요. * 서비스 : 직원들의 응대가 모두 훌륭했고 친절했습니다. : 외진 위치다보니 교통편이 아쉽다는 후기가 있었는데 제가 갔을때는 8시부터 23시까지? 였었나... 툭툭 무료이용가는했어요. 카운터 직원이 메이닝된 툭툭기사님을 불러주고 숙소로 들어올 때도 카톡을 이용해 직원에게 요청할 수 있었어요. 대신 직원이 빠른 확인을 못하는 경우도 있었습니다. : 출국전 2박을 하다보니 툭툭으로 공항 픽드랍 서비스를 이용했는데 직원이 1대로도 가능하다고 조언해주었는데 큰 캐리어 2개에 4인가족이라 툭툭2대를 요청했어요. 실제로 툭툭 뒤편에 큰 캐리어 2개를 실을 수 있는 공간이 있고 앞에 1명 뒤어 3명 탑승가능하겠더라고요. 참고하세요~(대당 편도 200페소)

It is just perfect! The location is great, the stuff is amazing and the hotel itself is extremely cute! The stuff at the reception helps with everything, from organising tours, drivers, amazing massages to dinner reservations. We just loved staying here. When we go back to Panglao, we won’t stay anywhere else, for sure!

가족들이 여행하기 너무 좋은 곳입니다 편안하고 조용해서 휴양하기 정말 좋았고 이곳에서 제공하는 다양한 서비스 잘 이용했습니다 아침 식사도 깔끔하고 맛있었고 다양한 요청도 다 들어주셔서 기분 좋았습니다 포장도 가능해서 외부 투어 일정에도 배가 고픈 일이 없었습니다 공항에서 호텔간 제공되는 셔틀도 편안했고 알로나비치와 호텔간 툭툭서비스도 만족스러웠습니다 이곳의 모든 서비스가 개인의 일정에 맞게 신속하게 준비되어 이용하기 편리했고 룸 클린 서비스도 친절하고 깨끗했습니다 다만 자연 친화적인 공간으로 모기가 좀 있으니 모기약을 준비하시면 좋을 것 같습니다. 준비하지 못했더라도 안내 데스크에서 사용 가능하니 불편하지 않으실 것 입니다. 저는 보홀에 다시 온다면 이곳을 또 이용할 예정입니다. 편안히 쉬고 갑니다. 감사합니다.

Hôtel assez sympathique , bien situé, cadre agréable, staff sympa et arrangeant . La piscine et le bar sont idéals pour se détendre . Les seuls bémols : la douche . Un jour sans eau chaude , et le reste du séjour soit de l’eau bouillante soit froide . Et pas de débit . Et le réseau wifi n’est pas au niveau d’autres établissements philippins . L’établissement propose une navette bien utile car le chemin d’accès est un peu sombre et rocailleux . Un établissement sympa au final

Lovely and beautiful hotel. The rule of not bringing your own food and drink except water into the room without a fine is a bit much but easily ignored. Parking is a challenge but its the Philippines.

Amazing staff in a quiet location within walking distance of Alona Beach, comfortable rooms, free shuttle into town but easily walkable. We highly recommend a stay here. Thank you

We like the hotel very much, they arranged transport for us and sightseeing and it works very well up to our expectations. We also appreciate the very kind and helpful lady during our check-in. What worked very badly was check-out. Unavailability to pay by card and incapability to bring any other options in place..., we almost missed our boat to Cebu because of it.., we guaranteed our booking with our credit card, booked through Expedia, so we have never imagined it could be a problem to take money from our card or tell us during check-out that cash only and we would prepare the cash. Finally, we offered a couple of solutions and someone from the staff went with us to the ATM to collect the money. We were very upset and super stressed, hopefully, the hotel will take something from it as we didn't appreciate this stressful experience. during our honeymoon.
