it was a nice place

the place was nice. check in was fast. the pool is convenient. some of the staff were a bit snobbish but i don't know what's going on with their lives.

Olimme tyytyväisiä majoitukseen. Jonkin verran paikat ovat päässeet menemään huonoon kuntoon. Toiset lakanoista olivat kulahtaneet ja vessanpöntön kansi oli karmea.

I liked the property, very clean and spacious. Food pricing was a bit high but being a resort type it is to be expected. Otherwise worth every penny minus the bad road going to it.

Not bad but also not wow. We extended our stay from 1 night to 2 nights. During our stay there was no room service. The bed for two is very small. But other than the hotel nothing to complain and the hotel was cute but very minimal

Close to restaurants and shops.

Equipement des chambres très vieux et mobilier vetuste dans les chambres et les salles de douche. Une grande déception. Chambres extrêmements petites. Un renouvellement totale s'impose vraiment!!!

Booked two nights here but had to move to another hotel cos the bed was too small… am not going to detail what happened with the hotel management trying to charge us more for an almost similar room with a bigger bed …I

They charged for everything , 20 Pesos for a water, service charge on all meals, internet was terrible. Would NOT go back their again.

Muddy road going to the property needs to be improved.

nice and clean pool helpful staff very small rooms and small beds not good for couple.. bad location need to take taxi or trike to gett.out from hotel aria . long and muddy road. not made for walking. pool,open between 9am to 9pmnno no swimming before breakfast.

Comfort in Bengalow is simple but it's enough for sleeping. Huge pool in which you can really swim. That pool includes also a huge jacuzzi. Location is not so far from Puerto Princesa center. So many trycicles at disposal.

Staff is sweet, smiling and fun. Tours are well priced. Airport transport cheap and efficient.

Bon Sejour dommage qu'il n'y ai aucune chaine francaise a la tele.

Le service et la courtoisie du personnel étaient excellent. Les décors extérieurs sont intéressants

See my email complaining about this hotel. Still waiting answer from Expedia regarding devolution of fees paid. I paid 12 nights but used only two hours

My room was clean as it could be but in need of repair and had a mouldy odour. Bed was comfortable and aircon worked well. Staff were excellent, friendly and helpful. Location reasonable as could walk to good restaurants, groceries and atms. There was a restaurant onsite however I did not eat there. Value for money.
